Not everything goes smoothly when solicitors interact, and this is when a patient and committed estate agent makes a big difference and can save the day. I was amazed at Nigel Salmon’s continuous responsiveness and unshakable patience. The legal process turned out to be interminable, in spite of the commitment of both buyers and sellers, and an apathetic or impatient agent could have caused the latent wholly-positive transaction to collapse. I believe that Nigel served his clients extremely well, whilst being a constant source of help and support to us as buyers, and I have no hesitation in recommending West Wales Fine & Country.

Nigel Salmon at Fine and Country did a fantastic job in selling our home. He remained calm when we got stressed……listened to us when we needed help…gave advice when the time was right…and was always available to take our calls. I can’t imagine how many times he went back and forth from Aberystwyth to our home near Cardigan to meet with our purchasers….or just to sort out minor problems. And all the time providing a professional service to the people who bought our house.

We asked Fine & Country to visit our holiday home on the Lleyn Peninsula during the latest lockdown as we felt it may be time to sell. As we live in England, we were not allowed to visit the house, even for maintenance so were very relieved that Nigel Salmon, who himself lives in Wales was able to go and see the house and give us an estimated value and marketing strategy. As it is a larger property, we felt that Fine & Country with their wider network, would be able to showcase our home of over 40 years, to both a nationwide and international audience.
Although we have since decided to hold off on marketing the house at this time, should we decide to proceed at a later date, Fine & Country will be our choice of agent.
Professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. 1st class company for selling a special property.
