I came across Alpha Lets a year ago amidst a stressful accommodation hunting period and the service received met my best expectations. I was dealing with Andreas. I really appreciate his personal approach, incomparable understanding and flexibility in our arrangements. This helped our dealings to be finalized quickly and smoothly. During my one-year tenancy, there was also an invaluable trust that was fostered. Andreas always maintained a close communication with me and the Alpha Lets team acted promptly to any assistance and support required at the property. In 2020 I had to move to North London and came across Alpha Let and I can say they are one of the best letting agency I came across. Being a landlord for many years I have tried other local agents on green lanes and in my opinion Alphalets are by far the best It’s a difficult relationship between a tenant and the landlord which can easily go wrong and I feel you need an independent party in between the landlord and the tenant this is where Alphalets fit in Alphalets are a small family run firm who are up to date with the ever changing legislation and who are able to provide a personal and friendly service As a landlord you know that from time to time issues and or repairs will come up and I can honestly say that Alphalets have always dealt with any issues or repairs promptly professionally and have always been pragmatic My experience has been at the start of a tenancy the tenants are wary of the landlord but when they slowly get to know Alphalets and myself trust starts to build up and it’s not been unusual for the tenants to put me on the Christmas card list and or buy me the occasional bottles of wine 100% I recommend Alphalets and if you do decide to give them a try you won’t be disappointed... I rented a house with two flatmates through this agency. To be honest, it's the best agency I've ever had. They are very accommodating and do everything for the benefit of the tenants, but also for the owners. I had to change my apartment in the middle of my contract and it was not a problem at all. In the past, I've had some terrible experiences with London landlords and property agencies, so it's been an absolute delight to find Alpha Lets. It's a wonderful family-run company and I recommend them very highly. The process of renting with them has been very smooth and they respond extremely quickly to any queries. There have been virtually no issues throughout my tenancy, but when there was a minor problem with the boiler, they sent out Louis, the plumber, almost immediately and he ensured the problem was dealt with quickly. I will now be moving into a friend's house, but if I need to rent again, I will absolutely be contacting Alpha Lets.... Read more

I am glad I had them as my very first agent here in London. As a newbie in rentals back then, it was quite frightening on how and where to start. However, Andreas, together with the other staffs helped me throughout the process and was done smoothly. I was doubtful at first that things may go wrong eventually but they proved it otherwise.
