I have had mice in the property I rent for over 6 years. I have lost the count of how many emails, phone calls and arguments I’ve had with Hane that insists on placing mouse traps instead of closing the holes where the mice come from. I have mice over my food but it doest seem to affect them at all. And This is only one of the issues…... Read more

I've dealt with a few estate agents since moving to London and Hane were by far the best. They're honest and straightforward to deal with, efficient with getting the necessary paperwork done to move in, and were constantly helpful and responsive whenever I needed anything – similarly, when it was time to move out they were helpful and professional throughout. We just bought our first ever house with Hane Estate Agents. We were so impressed with the professionalism throughout. Contrary to other agents we've worked with, Hane were extremely helpful, never pressured us to do anything in a hurry (indeed advised us to take our time when we were rushing) friendly throughout, always made time for us to see the property many times and helped broker a fair deal when sorting out issues with survey etc. It's rare that a house sale occurs without stress, and we are very grateful to Hane for enabling us to buy our first home stress-free.... I had the worst experience in my Life with them. They rented me a flat with mice! When i reported the situation to them, they couldn't do anything and the landlord Always invented excuses, nobody resolved the problem for my entire stay of 7 months. When i left they kept part of my deposit for the "damages" which was an handle of the bathtub, the toilet roll holder and a door's hook. Ridicoulos! They also increased the rent but the mice are still everywhere in the house. The address is 570 Green Lane N8 0RP. Stay Away! They Only want Money, Landlord included. I attached a picture of her pest control!! ???? She cames in three occasion? I'm Sorry but Not. She sent his husband to put ultrasound nothing else! Also i have receipt from your agency for the deduction of my deposit so don't lie please.... Read more

O had bad experience if them,I payed the deposit to them,so they passed ten days with my money,every time when I called to them to take some information about the house the people was very rude if me. I take long time to pickup my money back because they doesn't want give my money back,but I think they do same if everybody I never want back to this agency again They don't have control with the company how do the check up,I thing they just want take the people money... Contacted this estate agency about a studio flat that I had went for a viewing (approx. 8 other people came for the viewing) and wanted to rent the property. They agreed on renting me the flat and asked me to pay the deposit. I went the same day to put the deposit and they told me they gave away the flat to a couple. Really unhappy, will not visit them again.... Read more
