Hanan at JLL Woodberry Down lettings has been an incredible and invaluable support in my relocation with my family to Cityview Apartments. From the moment I called the office in December to my move on 28th March, the process was not only seamless but enjoyable!
As a long term homeowner who had not rented for over 20 years, my experience and knowledge of renting was very limited; Hanan held and guided me through the process step by step. No question or query was too 'silly' or small. I was able to manage the move far better by being able to get full clarity on the property, measurements etc and get a full comprehensive and detailed onboarding pack which was invaluable. She even helped me measure up and lent me a tape measure!
I have made introductions to my friends seeking rental in this area and would highly recommend Hanan.
As a now local resident I have bumped into Hanan and she has checked on how I am getting on which is a lovely personal and 'above and beyond' approach.
Moving can be very stressful so I am very grateful to have found such a supportive and helpful person and team to take me through the process!

So many issues upon moving in that really upset my living situation. (topics of mould, neglect, broken objects)
It's such a new build so I didn't think this much could be broken and delivered in such bad condition - from smaller issues such as broken lamp fixtures in the kitchen & bathroom, dirty curtains, etc to bigger things that were partially the reason I moved into my flat at that price, such as an integrated sound system (never worked and was told months in they wouldn't/couldn't fix it), broken bath tub functions, and black mould forming because of a multiple years-long neglect of the ventilation system (had a professional come in and check, they said the vent system should be maintained every year but it must have been 5+ years of neglect) and leaking at door and windows that JLL chose to neglect despite asking to help solve this issue. They got rid of the mould with a treatment and painted over it, but never solved the issues of the ventilation and leaking windows/door.
I understand the previous tenants must have been quite rough with the flat but delaying my move-in for the very reason to fix up the flat?... So many things were still broken and unclean upon my move-in...!
They also left seemingly confidential papers from the previous tenants in the flat with their contact details etc. They clearly did not have someone clean professionally or have a proper walk-through.
I've rented in multiple countries and also multiple flats around London, and have never experienced such neglectful treatment by a so-called property management company. Whatever you do, make sure you can back it up contractually before moving in.

Hanan, Kelly and the team and JLL have consistently neglected to action repairs to our flat, which we have been in for 9 months.
- The ventilation has not worked since arrival + the exterior windows / doors leak water, causing mould problems around the flat (some pictures attached).
- The fridge was out of order for 3-4 months before being replaced.
- The bath has been out of order since day 1.
- The place was absolutely filthy on arrival.
If you are going to use this team then I suggest putting detailed items in your contract describing any maintenance that needs actioning prior to moving in. Don't take their word for it.

Thank you to Hanan and Alessandra at JLL Woodberry Down for making the process of finding our ideal property into an amazing journey. Hanan helped us sort through our selections and was like a friend the entire time, sharing her wisdom and patience with us at each showing. It all came down to her sincere concern and attempt to figure out what we were searching for.
Throughout the move-in process, Alessandra was our rock; she handled all the paperwork and details with such ease that it lifted a tremendous burden off our shoulders. She was always there, smiling and willing to assist or answer any queries, making things seem easy and uncomplicated.
They worked as a dream team, turning what could have been a taxing situation into something quite fun. Their kindness, expertise, and hard work not only helped us in finding an apartment, but also in finding a place we're happy to call home.
We are incredibly grateful to Hanan and Alessandra for their wonderful assistance and for making us feel at home. They really go above and above, therefore we heartily suggest them to anyone searching for a new residence.

As a newly arrived expatriate in London, settling in quickly and finding suitable accommodation requires a bit of luck.
We were fortunate to come across Hanan and his team. From the first inquiry call, Hanan asked precise questions, and we began viewing properties. During the viewings, Hanan meticulously introduced the condition of the flat, demonstrating a warm and friendly attitude that made us feel very trustworthy.
Following that, we proceeded with background checks and the signing process. Whenever we had questions, she responded promptly, making the signing process much smoother. Soon enough, we'll be moving into our new home. I highly recommend her brokerage services; you won't be disappointed.

JLL is a big company, so you may definitely face some side effects, such as bureaucracy, miscommunication, and forgotten actions.
The overall process would have been challenging without Hanan guiding us through it — many thanks to her quick responses, kind attitude, and willingness to help even after her work was done formally.
There are still some issues that are frustrating us, such as the debt for heating of previous tenants and missing inspection reports. I hope they will be solved soon. Otherwise, I will have to reconsider this review. The 5-star review goes mostly to Hanan.
