Winkworth was great when they were trying to get my business however I found that the actual sale was disappointing. They have too many properties meaning I felt that my property was not their priority, their valuation was far too high and their sales continuation team was awful. I felt like they weren’t on my side. I would never use them again and would actively discourage others from using them.... Read more

Winkworth got the deal done but not without its issues. Agents not prepped for viewings, poor handling of initial enquiries. Little to zero feedback following viewings or status on enquiries. They'll get the job done with good marketing, photos etc but their agents are not detail orientated nor customer focussed. The approach seems to be get as many people through the door and one will bite. It's clearly a proven strategy in sales but in this day and age, I'm expecting better customer service and a more personable approach.... Read more
