I had a great experience working with Aaron, unfortunately the property I initially wanted didn't go through but Aaron was supportive and informative throughout the process and was able to immediately arrange additional properties for me to view. He was flexible with my inflexible times and communicative and positive throughout the process! In the end, I wasn't able to move forward with a purchase through Anthony Pepe (and Aaron) but would recommend others to get in touch and request Aaron :)

Sold my house using Mina. He did a great job in finding us a buyer and managing the whole process. There were some issues with the solicitors from the other people in the chain. He was great in chasing them up and keeping things moving. When there were any issues, he was pro active at finding solutions. Also great in dealing with people. When he was on holiday, Andy would take over and he did a great job in keeping things moving forward.
I would highly recommend Mina and Andy when selling your property.

We found our perfect flat in Anthony Pepe through Rightmove. We send an email to them and we saw the flat at the same day! . We were so lucky to meet Anna, she showed us the flat and she understood our needs from the first time.
We loved the flat but it was a bit expensive for us, after few weeks of negotiations we reached an aggreement with the landlord. We are more than sure that was thanks to Anna, she was very helpful since we met her, she understood our needs and situation.
I would highlight she is very friendly, polite and professional therefore it was easy to feel safe with her.

After almost a year of unsuccessfully trying to sell our property, in which we moved between three key local estate agencies, we eventually signed with a fourth, Anthony Pepe, who genuinely proved to be more proactive, efficient and sincere than all the previous three combined. The sense of having a team there, all genuinely pushing for us was clearly palpable, and ultimately when it came to getting results they more than delivered - constantly finding and bringing viewing parties to the property and securing buyers. When one buyer fell through they went out of their way to replace them, which they did quickly, ensuring that we did not lose our dream home at the other end of the chain. Customer service was second to none and we never ever felt ignored or that we weren't anything other than a top priority for the team at all times. Everyone worked very hard for us but Aaron Gardener in particular was a pleasure to deal with - we owe him everything! highly recommended.
