It is a big shame that they are part of North London as they are the worst agents we've had to deal with. We are a family of four and renting a property from them..where first it took ages for them to supposedly to all the paper work and then give us the keys and now there's a problem with the property..Instead of actually being helpful, all they have done so far is ride us along and oh their only way of communication is by Email!! In This day and age..with phones everywhere..instead of ringing and talking to us about all the issues, they say expect an email in the next 20mins!!!!
The worst agents we've come across during all our renting years!! Shame we never thought about them as agents before we went for the property. Contracted for a year...will definitely look to move on from such unreliable and non-serious agents!!!!!

I can highly recommend Anthony Pepe, Palmers Green if you are thinking of selling in the area. We recently sold our house through them and the service received was excellent from the initial meeting with Kris through to completion. He always took the time to discuss any concerns on the phone and gave a very personal service, as did all the team. Dealing with Andrea, their in house sales progressor, was always a pleasure and she worked so hard to make sure the sale went through. She really helped to navigate us through some quite stressful times when it looked like the sale might fall through and having such a friendly and caring person to speak to on the phone at these times was a great relief! We are so grateful to the team for all the hard work they put in to our house sale which has enabled us to move on and out of London. We wish you all the very best success for the future!

I will never rent the house from this agency. really bad customers service , no communication between the staff. every time i tried to speak with the manager they ignored me.
