Purchased a property in Hammersmith which we completed on last week. Dealt with Tanvir who was always polite on the phone, I found had a great attitude, and always knew what was going on with the sales process from both the vendor's solicitors side and mine. He was also obliging to any requests we made to visit the property which included frequent visits for surveying purposes and builders quotes during the purchase process. We had concerns about a small boundary wall issue, and the manager Hannah, was quick to take control and personally went down to the property to clear up this matter, much to our satisfaction. Very impressed overall.

4 voicemail messages and 6 phone-calls to repeatedly reconfirm a confirmed viewing, plus an email advising us not to be late "As he was very busy and couldn't wait"
Arrived at the property on time and Brandon wasn't there
A mother with child was waiting. It very quickly became clear that she was also there to view the property.
When Brandon did arrive he suggested the 4 of us viewed a one bed all together. We declined and waited for the mother and child to be shown around first.

As we started to leave another person arrived to view the property so we were asked to stand outside as apparently we were going to be taken to look at another 2 properties as a group. At this stage it was raining.
The details of these properties, beyond a road name were unknown. We looked them up online and realised that they did not fufill our (repeatedly stated) criteria.
All in all I'd recommend avoiding Brandon as I'd assume the rest of KFH could not achieve the level of incompetence that he did...
Georgina and Ermal were an absolute dream. They made the whole process of moving house much less stressful. Georgina was super flexible with our schedules and viewings. The team did a great job managing my property letting for me. They let the property at a good price, handled queries efficiently and the money was always effectively processed. After a very bad experience I was recommended to Interlet in Kensington by my friend. I dealt with Kerry and she was very helpful, prompt and professional. No complaints whatsoever.
It is better to avoid this greedy agent, all they want is money in advance and read it here but did not believe it until I get their office. They invited me for a ''talk'' and asked for deposit until they talk to the ''landlord'' to see if he is happy to have me in his property!
I found the whole experience from start to finish a positive one. What impressed me was the friendliness, honesty, knowledge and good advice that I received from all the staff. Communication was very good with quick response times to questions and any concerns I had. Compared with other agents I approached they were realistic in terms of what I might expect to achieve and introduced appropriate potential buyers. It was clear to me that they knew the local market very well in terms of putting the right properties with the right buyers. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to other sellers.
The worst experience we've had with an estate agent. We arranged to view a flat at a certain time. We had to call the agent to see why nobody came at the appointed time. We were assured they were on their way. We waited 15 minutes before anyone arrived. Eventually two young women arrived without explanation but did not have the keys. They said someone else would be arriving and they knew nothing, as they "only work on Saturdays" as if that explained it all. The next woman arrived, by this time twenty minutes late, with another client. She walked right past us with no explanation nor apology and proceeded to enter the building with the other client. It appeared as if she expected us to follow her in. In the circumstances we had no inclination to do so and we left, having wasted a journey and at least an hour of our time on a Saturday afternoon.

Absolutely awful experience with this lettings agency. Would not recommend to Landlords or Tenants. They never answer emails or their phones, turnover of staff is exceptionally high so even when you do get through you never know who to contact. Out of hours contact number doesn't work (this was not ideal when our apartment electricity supply short circuited at 8pm on a Sunday in the middle of Winter and the place ran purely on electricity so no hot water, heating or lighting was available to us). They were severely unhelpful during the move out process and misquoted us a variety of exceptionally high fees which we weren't actually needing to pay. After all this it then took over a month to have our very large deposit returned to us following again the lack of contact and poor attitude from the staff. I would recommend avoiding this property agency at all costs.
