Benjamin was a very helpful and professional agent. As an international student, my English is not very good but Benjamin was very enthusiastic and active in communicating with me. He found an apartment which met all my requirements and had a fabulous view of London’s skyline. He also answered all my questions about lease contact. He gave me a perfect rental experience in the UK.

Had a friendly, responsive and fast paced move into my amazing flat thanks to Amrita and Rhianna at Regent Property. Both were very helpful, answered all my questions almost instantly and guided me through the process which made for a very smooth move.
After having a negative experience trying to move with a different London estate agents, I couldn't recommend Regent Property more.

We have been really impressed with the marvelous services received from Allison at Regent Property.
Dealing with Allison has been amazing. She actually cares about the people she is helping and always replies back to any enquirers promptly, really friendly and professional. She is 100 % proactive and a fantastic mediator between buyer & seller & solicitors. This is much needed in these uncertain times with a pandemic worldwide. Selling & buying can be very stressful as it is but Allison was very professional, always calm and chasing the sale to push it through.
We Would definitely highly recommend Allison and her team to anyone looking to buy or rent!

Tamara, of Regent Property, has been immensely helpful over the past 4 weeks regarding a leak in bathroom of the property my parents own at Kidbrook, it caused some disruptions for the tenants during the hottest week of the year. Tamara quickly arranged contractors to do inspections and repairs works, as well as an application of reimbursement to the insurer, which was accepted and greatly reduced the cost. All these were done with great efficiency and professionalism, and communications were easy and smooth. I strongly recommend Regent Property and Tamar in particular
