Dexter's successfully sold our house. They overvalued it by 8% which meant we had to do a reduction - equally it was a terrible market at the time and so getting it sold at all was an achievement.
Generally communication was good, viewings were often booked in then we would have to move them about but they were able to do that. Once a buyer was found they were absolutely fantastic and got it all to exchange incredibly quickly.

The team at Dexters were fantastic. Very accommodating, communicative and always available. However, despite over 25 viewings, I did not receive an offer on my flat so chose to withdraw it from the market. This may have been because of turmoil in the British economy which particularly affected mortgages, or bad luck, or something else, but it was disappointing not to sell my flat with Dexters or receive any offers. I found feedback from viewings a little unhelpful as typically there was not much I could do about things (like someone who wanted a flat on a higher floor-I thought "why show them mine then?"). But the team at Dexters were lovely and I put down the lack of sale to bad luck and factors beyond their control.
