She actually cares about the people she is helping and always replies back to any enquirers promptly, really friendly and professional. Tamara, of Regent Property, has been immensely helpful over the past 4 weeks regarding a leak in bathroom of the property my parents own at Kidbrook, it caused some disruptions for the tenants during the hottest week of the year. Tamara quickly arranged contractors to do inspections and repairs works, as well as an application of reimbursement to the insurer, which was accepted and greatly reduced the cost.
