I’ve recently signed a tenancy contract and my experience of KFH Islington so far was of a very strong professional services: transparent, easy to use and very responsive. I found a perfect property, but was not able to arrange viewing quickly as I am not living in London. Esme Griffiths arranged a well-managed video viewing on a short notice and very quickly clarified all my concerns, which allowed me to make a successful offer.
Complete inflexibility to modify even the most basic terms in rental agreement. Very high admin and background checking fees for templates that can be downloaded free from the internet. Terrible experience as a tenant, can only recommend to stay away from this company and deal directly with the landlord or use online agents where possible.
Excellent service, particularly from Rashid Islam who went every extra mile to give my family and I the best possible assistance, and fulfilled all our needs with the best of smiles on his face. Would definitely recommend him to everyone!
Terrible experience, really the worst service you can receive. The language we were spoken to was absolutely unacceptable.
Reiss Stuart, who was our agent, was rude, unresponsive, gave us vague answers, kept changing the price, was uncomfortable and rude when we asked questions. We were given incorrect breakdowns of our costs. The issue that raised because of that was blamed on the tenants with emails using unacceptable language. This happened 2 days before the move in, causing a delay in the move in. Due to this one of the tenants had to stay in a hotel until we could move in as she has moved to London from America.
Long story short, the agency is terrible, I wouldn't recommend it, the service doesn't get better after you move in either. Every month so far we have been questioned by our landlord whether we have paid full rent (which we always have, on time as well) as he wasn't getting the full rent. Save yourself from the stress.
One of the best experiences with a real estate agent in London. Rosie is very professional and efficient. Very patient as well as we looked for the ideal flat for a few months and she kept us informed of properties in the area. We were always kept informed of the next steps in the process and provided very useful information to make our move as easy as possible.

Liza Vereli went above and beyond in navigating a tenancy changeover during the very difficult lockdown period. I can't recommend her highly enough. She was clear and patient given the sometimes rather complicated arrangements, and always got back to me really quickly and with good humour.
I have been extremely disappointed with the service I have received from this company. There is very little communication with clients about important matters and what steps are being taken to remedy them. For example: no communication (until initiated by a resident) about broken security cameras in properties, attempted theft in shared areas, lifts broken for several days with no information about repairs. I feel it is important for residents who pay for this service to be kept up to date about significant issues in a shared block. For the amount we pay this service is not good enough.
Since writing this post I have had another example of the difficulties of dealing with Islington properties. I wrote to them about a leak coming from the flat or balcony above causing water damage to one of my bedrooms. They have said they will investigate this asap but 'Unfortunately our contractors are extremely busy at the moment due to the rain and also a lot of staff are on annual leave'.
I also note that the company cannot locate me on their system despite the numerous calls and emails I have made to them. I shall write again reminding them of why I pay them service charge. They seem to be able to locate my cheques even if they 'cannot find me on their system'.
And a month later I am adding to this again - the sole lift in this block of flats breaks down several times a year. We have now almost had one week without a lift. I have also waited three weeks to hear about the damage assessment of a leak from the property upstairs.
Working with Amanda was lovely. She is probably the best agent in London I have met so far. Extremely professional, kind, helpful and responsive at all times. Looking forward to working with her again in the future.
Eriselda was great to work with. Very energetic and knows the area. Ultimately rented in a different area of the city but will go back to her if we are looking at the Clerkenwell area another time.
Great choice when you need a classy & stylish setting with proper steaks. Had amazing Pork Chop, it was delicious indeed! Friendly staffs also helps the lunch time more joyful.
The restaurant has a great decor and atmosphere. The food was also very good but when were having our dessert we and other costumers started to notice that there were mice running all over. When we talked to the waitress she said that it was because they were renovating and didn't do anything or seem to care.
