The staff are a nightmare to talk to on the phone and talk down to you. I rented for a year and thank god I have left that branch. Awful company. I got locked in my own house as the door handle broke, and they didnt see it as an emergency and I had work to go to.

Great company that cares about its reputation! I have been renting a flat for over a year now and coopiraring with Arnolds Keys is really what I wish for all people! The representative is always in touch (thanks, Joe!). If something breaks, be it a window frame or a kitchen faucet, an agency representative will always help.
From the moment I viewed the flat and until today, I have only positive emotions! I look forward to further cooperation with this company!

We lived in a flat which was managed by the Arnold Keys for 1 year and 3 months. Everything was great except some maintenance issues in the house while tenancy continues. The person we contacted during the tenancy was very helpful.
After the end of tenancy I went back to the house for the checkout report and handover of the keys. I met with Catherine Hunt in the house she was there for the checkout report. I handover keys to her and she saw cupboard keys in my hands and she thought that keys were also for the flat she asked to me give that keys to her aswell. When I told her these were cupboard keys she treated me like I was lying and hiding the keys for the flat.
In the beginning of the tenancy period there were marks in the bedroom ceiling. However in the end of the tenancy they claimed the deposit for the marks which were not left by us !!!. They also claimed 234 £ for the cleaning just for the water marks in the bathroom and dusts on top of the sockets in a 1 bedroom flat. Other parts of the house left very clean by us.
We left the house 11 of march and we just got the unclaimed part of the deposit in 13 of april. We had to wait a month for get back our deposit.
Please very careful when renting from this agency as they could not be honest in the check in report.

I highly recommend Arnold Keys as an estate agent. Their team in Norwich have been excellent throughout the entire process. I changed to use them after experiencing 4 sales fall through with another agency. Arnold Keys got multiple offers on my property and help choose the most suitable purchaser as a result the sale completed in good time. I believe this is down to good customer service and the staff really knowing their clients.

They handled the change of tenant, with quite a lot of repair and refurbishment in the interlude, efficiently. I was kept informed at all stages about options, costs and timings, and they managed everything for me. All that, and they added human touches: I always knew I was dealing with a person, not a system.

I'm looking for property in Norfolk. It's a tedius process any way but when you go onto some mickey mouse outfit like Arnold Keys and get shown about 6 properties for sale after trawling through over 40 that are sold or stc it's gets very annoying. Explain this to the chat girl who avoids any sensible dialogue who keeps saying parrot like...'if you'd like to leave your details I'll pass them on'...Well no, not really. I'll look at a more professional eatate agents thanks very much. And don't bother posting one of you supposedly concerned replies. We all no it counts for jack ****

If I can recommend an Estate agent it would 1000% be Arnold keys, - Me and my partner had been looking for properties to rent for 3 months + With poor service from other estate agents. but when we Viewed with Arnold keys Not only were they responsive with their Viewing enquiry but they made the whole Process Quick easy and stress Free!
We have now moved in to our new home because of Arnold Keys! NORWICH Branch, and are very happy - and I have to also say their aftercare service is stupidly Quick! by the time you have emailed or called them... next thing you know your request has been action with no Fuss or mess about. - I also Want to want to give a big shout out to DAISY EGMORE....for being so Helpful in our journey.

We used Arnolds Keys for a Homebuyers survey for a house we are buying. We were really impressed with them and can't recommend them enough. Our survey was booked and completed very quickly and the communications with Belinda were excellent! We received the report very soon after. The report was very detailed, stating any issues and necessary remedial works clearly. We followed up on a couple of points from the report with the surveyor and were really impressed with Shaun's detailed answers and further information on possible options for replacing a boiler. We felt they went beyond what was expected from a Homebuyers survey. Thank you! It made the house-buying process feel less stressful!

The team led by Katie Mountain at Arnold’s Keys were extremely professional and proactive in marketing our property in Norwich in such challenging times. Everything from professional photography to EPC was carried out swiftly and we were on the market within days of instruction. They included a virtual viewing video which was very useful for buyers. We recently relocated to Norwich and stayed at Airbnb for initial week. We were desperately looking for a permanent accommodation and contacted many letting agents, asked for quick processing of our applications to rent a property as we have limited time to move out from Airbnb. Most of the letting agents ate not responsive and took two days to reply but ‘Arnold Keys’ really understood our problem and immediately got approval from landlord to rent the property to us.

I have had best experience with Arnold keys Norwich staff! Joe/Alfie/Julie and Phil were and have been extremely professional, polite and proactive to help everything sorted for me as a new tenant. Very thorough with the inventory as well and they do go out of their way to make your experience of home move as peaceful as possible! Also to add they keep very stringent measures to keep their premises COVID secure and at the dame time ensuring the customer service meets the standards!

Good professional service. Small points. I was not informed that the references were complete and that the agreement could be completed until I telephoned yesterday. Fortunately, due to lockdown, I was available at short notice. Also, it is helpful that you now have an electronic signing facility. I was not however able to sign with my signature as that did not work either with my finger or an e-pen, so I had to type my name instead.

We used Arnolds Keys to as the surveyors for a number of properties that we were looking to buy. The surveys were conducted quickly, and whenever we called for updates we were looked after marvellously by Belinda, or whoever else was picking up the phones, that day. As a result, we managed to avoid buying a house that had been done up really badly by cowboy builders, and are now happily ensconced in another house, in full knowledge of what needs doing up urgently, and what can be left.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

It is only now having rented through Leaders that I am aware just how truly awful my experience was with Arnold Keys. After completing right to rent checks and paying all fees, it took a month before I was able to collect keys. In contrast, this entire process was completed within THREE DAYS of applying for a property through Leaders! Any query I made took at least a week to receive a response and despite submitting my proof of earnings THREE times, it took a phone call for them to realise they had all relevant details from my first email. Despite the landlord agreeing a full deposit release, it took several weeks to receive the money as they 'had no record' of my partners email containing account details, even though they had replied to it! Would not recommend and would not use again!

If you need an estate agent in Norwich, then use Arnold Keys.
I used them to sell my mothers house and they did everything for me from viewings with prospective buyers to progress chasing final contract exchange.
I was frequently and regularly updated on progress; the communication and feedback was excellent. from the friendly and competent staff, all are brilliant, Chrissy was amazing..

Very unprofessional, emailed them to arrange a viewing, when they phoned me they told me I was unable to view the property as the vendor had a clause that the potential purchaser must have sold their house, fair enough had no issue with that. They also advised me it was a bit remote, as if I hadn’t done my research on the area prior to booking an appointment. They never once asked me for any details of my requirements, contact details to see if they could interest me in another property they had on their books or help me in my search, just let me ring off, losing a potential customer. I have since emailed back as my circumstances have changed so I am ready to move quickly, no contact or response what so ever. Would never purchase anything from this estate agent (would rather lose the house) as fills me with no confidence what so ever to do dealings with them, first impressions count, the impression was poor customer service, if you purchased a property via this agent I’m sure you would have to do all the chasing to see what stages you were at, as communication looks as if it scares them. They must have enough business to let customers slip through their fingers, happy days for other estate agents if they can get it right. Be warned I’m not the first person to give a poor review.

Unprofessional and slow in simple terms. Never reassured if they are actually helping me or just trying to sell it on to someone else. Their commercial side is just terrible with no get up and go attitude but rather just dragging along their heels because they clearly don't want to deal with it.

To the first reviewer. Unfortunately, this is standard practice at most letting agents. It is an expensive business obtaining a rental home but much cheaper than buying one. Your agent should advise you of your likelihood of success when you first speak with them. It depends on your income, number of children and more often than not whether you have pets. Most agents automatically apply a no animals policy but this can usually be negotiated with the landlord through the agent before you pay anything. Cats and dogs generally make wear and tear on a property and also means the property must be professionally cleaned at the point of departure. This is an additional expense usually incurred by the outgoing tenant and can result in extra costs for the landlord if not done satisfactorily as the next tenants may be allergic to the residual hair and skin within carpets etc.
Your best bet is to discuss your needs with the agent in a way that encourages the agent to help you find suitable accommodation.

Looking for a house to rent I found one with them, all was good until they told me the fees of applying. £120 per person applying for the rent then another £120 on top for the contract and fidning the house (they didnt even come with me to see the house) is extremely overpriced. It was £100 more than the average of renting in Bristol, London, Manchester and Liverpool to namea few. Not to mention its another £120 if you need a garantor and if you have pets an extrea £200 on top of the deposit per pet, but at least we would have got that back. The service was good but extortionate fees meant I could not risk to apply with no garantee I would actually get the house and to be honest I did not want to support this kind of practice.
