We decided to go to Arnold Keys to sell our property as they have a very reliable reputation however we truly felt they went the extra mile encouraging us when we felt the situation was impossible due to the uncertainty of the site next to us. Sally Smith pulled out all the stops and did not let this deter her from finding us a buyer for which we are very grateful so thank you Sally

Excellent job in a difficult ‘brexit’ market. Took a fair amount of time to find a buyer, which I think was related. Mixed service; one guy very responsive, another not so. Would say very facilitative in viewings/surveyors/certifications etc etc required to satisfy buyers. Main observation was we were ‘denied’ access/contact with the buyers, meaning we never met/formed a relationship, which manifested into some antagonism.

Avoid at all costs, it's amazing that they have managed to keep it open, these people surely can't even run on a treadmill let alone run a estate agents. Absolute for circus.
