We used Arnolds Keys to as the surveyors for a number of properties that we were looking to buy. The surveys were conducted quickly, and whenever we called for updates we were looked after marvellously by Belinda, or whoever else was picking up the phones, that day. As a result, we managed to avoid buying a house that had been done up really badly by cowboy builders, and are now happily ensconced in another house, in full knowledge of what needs doing up urgently, and what can be left.

It is only now having rented through Leaders that I am aware just how truly awful my experience was with Arnold Keys. After completing right to rent checks and paying all fees, it took a month before I was able to collect keys. In contrast, this entire process was completed within THREE DAYS of applying for a property through Leaders! Any query I made took at least a week to receive a response and despite submitting my proof of earnings THREE times, it took a phone call for them to realise they had all relevant details from my first email. Despite the landlord agreeing a full deposit release, it took several weeks to receive the money as they 'had no record' of my partners email containing account details, even though they had replied to it! Would not recommend and would not use again!

I used them to sell my mothers house and they did everything for me from viewings with prospective buyers to progress chasing final contract exchange.
I was frequently and regularly updated on progress; the communication and feedback was excellent. from the friendly and competent staff, all are brilliant, Chrissy was amazing..
