We could not fault the professionalism, efficiency and advice of Strutt & Parker (S&P).
Having decided to put our house on the market we invited 4 estate agents to view and value our house and to explain their marketing strategy. S&P were streets ahead of the others. As we moved nearer to making a decision as to which to select, we invited S&P back to a second meeting to discuss in detail their terms of business. Each of our many questions were answered succinctly and without reference to notes. Having confirmed our acceptance of S&P as our marketing agents things moved very fast. Photographs were taken and in 4 days the brochure was available and the house on the market. Viewers came shortly after and were expertly shown the house by S&P. Thereafter, even after the completion date, our various questions were dealt with in the same speedy and courteous manner.
We cannot recommend Strutt & Parker highly enough.

I’m sad to have to leave such a poor review, but after having experienced guzumping first hand by this supposedly reputable company, I have no other option. This is wholly down to the lack of integrity by Ian Burnaby-Parsons of the Norwich office having formerly confirmed an offer on Monday and pursing another deal by Friday. Sadly the senior management team preferred to circle the wagons rather than investigate. Such a disappointment.
