All staff were friendly ,helpful and efficient.David who showed people around our property was very professional. Natalie Howlett -Clarke was outstanding, her negotiating skills were impressive, she updated us on all developments in a pleasant and very competent way and was very supportive throughout.

We have just bought a house through Savills. We were assisted through the process by Michaela. Having not bought a house for nearly 20 years, it was good to have someone from Savills to help us through the process.
For a number of reasons, not caused in any way by Savills, it was not an easy purchase. Michaela was available at the end of the phone or email to help us through the difficult and complex process. She kept us up-to-date and acted as an intermediary between us and the sellers. I have no doubt, that if it hadn't been for Michaela's friendly, supportive and professional approach to her work, we would not be the happy owners of our new home that we are.

I am completely overwhelmed with gratitude when I think about our experience working with Savills, and in particular, Natalie Howlett-Clarke. A challenging, lengthy process was managed with utter professionalism, patience and complete honesty. Natalie went above and beyond in her assistance not just with the purchase that she was managing but with advice regarding our 'no agent' sale. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and clearly brings all of her skills and experience to work every single day. If ever I want to move again (not likely, as the house she found us is AMAZING), I literally won't call anyone else. A completely charming consummate expert and a true credit to her profession.

We can only commend Ben and Michaela at Savills for the effort they put into our house purchase in Norfolk. The purchase turned out to be far from easy and Michaela continuously kept us updated throughout the process, going above and beyond what she needed to do to ensure a successful completion.
We would highly recommend the staff at Savills Norwich and when the need arises we will be in contact with them again

Didn't keep offers private. Tried to go back and forth between potential buyers to increase bids. Told other buyers I had offered asking price in a bid to increase sales price. I didn't think practices like this still existed. Disappointed to learn that they believe gazumping is fair.
