We recently arranged for Ascot to be our new estate agents due to the fact we had a national estate agent company who spent 3 months trying to sale our property without success. The national company provided plenty of people to view the property, (17 in all), advised us to reduce our price from the one they originally advised and still didn't sale the property. Ascot explained they will not waste our time with lots of viewing and they didn't within two weeks one viewing one sale at an increased price.
