From start to finish I had Taylor Hill and Bonds support. This was from valuation right through completion on my sale and purchase. They were friendly professional and accommodating with with viewings as my circumstances were less flexible as I had a child dog and cat to move out the house to enable this along with shift work so they were great with that . Pippa was amazing and sold my house a few times due to buyers circumstances changing. My previous house was a project so not the easiest to sell but she smashed it !!! And her along with Andrew managed to keep and negotiate my dream purchase as I fell in love with it from the start. I would use and recommend Taylor hill and bond . The service TH&B offered was a cut above the other local agents, from our introduction and onboarding from Andrew, to the viewings, feedback and offer managed by Pippa, and the chasing of solicitors by Tracy! I have recently had to sell a flat where both the nature of the property and the financial climate was not particularly favourable. My experience with Taylor, Hill & Bond, the Park Gate branch, was excellent from start to finish. First of all they were honest and realistic, not always the case with many estate agents who promise the earth and deliver little. They also got people in through the door, keeping me up to date each step of the way. Once a sale has been agreed I have found other estate agents have taken a back seat but TH&B helped co-ordinate all parties concerned, kept me up to date and were instrumental in pushing the sale through to completion in as short a time as possible. "Roll's Royce" service Andrew and Andy came to see my at the property I was intending to sell, and I bought a new property that they happened to be marketing. The whole process was Stella, our needs were qualified, the house was set up for photography, the photos were excellent, Taylor Hill and Bond launched the advertisement and it received instant traction with viewings booked for opening weekend. Pippa kept us informed of all the potential buyers actions and made sure we were on the right price point and ensured that each viewing had been vetted to ensure there were no time wasters. Viewings were undertaken well, very professional with shoe covers to protect our unsold home. We secured a buyer very quickly and it couldn't have gone smoother, I truly believe that Taylor Hill and Bond placed the perfect new owner in our home - in fact the new owner and I have stayed in touch. I would not advise anyone to sell their house with this company. These are my reasons from my review: Website: Shocking and outdated. Post viewing feedback: Non-existent unless you chase. Even then, extremely vague. Laziness: Overly reliant on simply posting on Rightmove and their “micro site” that links from there, which was poorly done. They actually told me they rely on posting on Rightmove and literally do nothing else Poor copy: I ended up having to write the text for the house page myself. This resulted in increased viewings. Lack of effort: When I pressed on what is being done to sell my home, they asked me what I would do to help sell it ... they are supposed to be the experts, not me. Unreliable: Even when I stopped using them and ended my contract, they failed to remove my house from websites until 3 days later; and that would have been longer if I had not asked them about it. they didn't notice This clearly shows a lack of urgency, care or attention to detail. Overall, I felt that the only time viewings happened was when I chased them. Very little was done, there was no care or passion to sell my house and ultimately, they failed and wasted my time. 24 hours after using a different estate agent I had more viewings booked in than the whole contract period with Taylor Hill and Bond. I cannot comment on what it is like to buy through them, but I would hazard a guess that the experience would be similar. As such, I would not even consider it.... Read more

Andrew and Sandy were extremely thoughtful when booking viewings to suit our requirements and all viewings were attended on time. Whilst the property was on the market the communications were extremely easy and feedback was always received swiftly and chased where necessary.
