Robinson Reade sold my house for me in Locks Heath. The whole team were outstanding & continually kept me up to date at all times.
They set up a "WhatsApp" group for my property which was a brilliant idea, as we were all able to use it at any time. It let me know of viewings (as well as receiving emails), instant feedback on a viewing, I could ask questions & I got instant replies - I thought it was amazing & so useful for me as the seller.
The tracking once I had sold was first class.
I truly can't fault this agent & I am extremely fussy!!!

Overall a good experience. I have corresponded mainly with Emma. Generally I was happy with how she kept me up to date on developments for my tenancy application as well as progressing the contracts and managing any IT glitches that arose in my case. I particularly appreciated the box of goodies for my move in day!
One item that could be improved for me was the referencing procedures Robinson Reade have in place. Many corporate employers don’t do signed employment references (just standard automated ones) and thus I didn’t “pass” the check here; adjustments should in my view be allowed for this. Additionally it was unsettling at the time to be informed that my reference didn’t meet requirements without providing any further context as to reasons why in the first instance.
Aside from that one issue I was satisfied with this estate agent and would be happy to correspond with them again on future tenancy matters.

Huge thanks to Emma in sales and Donetta who managed the sale. I can't recommend Robinson Reade highly enough. I viewed a lot of properties with other agents and they were next to useless. Turning up without keys, not having any of the information I needed. I'm not sure how you can sell a property without knowing basic details like parking and service charges. But Robinson Reade were a breath of fresh air, they actually called me immediately when a property I was interested in became available (I had contacted them only once and left my details with them months before). Emma was at the property for the viewing early to greet me, I had a lot of questions and she had ALL the answers. Prepared in every way. Thats how you sell a property. Once an offer had been accepted, Donetta arranged everything, sorted all of the paperwork, explained everything very clearly and made sure myself and the vendor knew exactly what was happening, and when. Communication and customer service were perfect. I never had to chase Robinson Reade to do anything, they were always on top of everything, from first contact to handing over the keys. If you have a property to sell - choose Robinson Reade. If you are looking to buy, you better hope the seller of your dream home chose Robinson Reade :)

We loved the video of the property, created by Jane.
Every action done by RR has been done with a jovial and friendly attitude.
When a problem occurred further back in the chain, I visited the main branch to find Donetta actually on the phone, trying to chase up various people, to gain a resolution to the issue.

Everyone needs a Donetta! Without her we were losing the plot very fast but she guided us through happily with a vivacious laugh and very cheery telephone manner. There aren’t words to express how above and beyond Robinson Reade went for us in the sale of our home. Not only did they sell the house quickly, to a cash buyer, at asking, but once the sale had happened they didn’t rest until completion. Robinson Reade have something I’ve never found elsewhere. A lovely lady called Donetta. Make no mistake, Donetta is lovely, but she also GETS. THE JOB. DONE. She doesn’t rest, working on both the sale, onward purchase and at times right up and down the chain to keep things moving, to keep you up to date, and to make sure the whole process is as stress free as possible. From the moment we were shown around our vendors property by Sharyn, to exchange day with Donetta, they have been with us every step of the way.
Robinson Reade wern't infact our estate agents - we purchased our onward property from them. But the level of service they provided us despite us not being clients of theirs, was outstanding.
Sharyn is a fabulous estate agent - she is knowledgeable, approachable and communicative. If we do sell in the future, I will absolutely be using her services, and recommending her to others in the interim.

Moving home is an incredibly stressful time, and anything that can remove some of the stresses is a great thing! Robinson Reade is one of those stress removers. Right from the start, when we invited them into our home, while other agents came equipped with the hard sell, RR instantly made us feel at ease and made us feel like we could trust them with our sale.
In these strange times, RR were the only agent who we viewed with, in our opinion who took the pandemic seriously. Potential viewers were encouraged to watch video tours before visiting and those who did along with the accompanying agents always wore masks and protective shoe coverings. Handles and switches were always wiped down after being touched.
Finally, after an offer had been made, we were put in the hands of a dedicated sales progressor. This was a fantastic value add that I'd not experienced in the past. Knowing that there was someone always available on the end of the phone who was chasing all the way through the chain was invaluable in providing reassurance and allying fears, and keeping those stress levels down.
This review may sound gushing, but frankly given the complexities and emotions involved in the largest purchase most of us will ever make Robinson Reade should be held up as an example of how to do this properly.

Back in 2015, Sharon, Claire and the team at Robinson Reade Ltd were our saviours. Due to unfortunate circumstances we found ourselves homeless during a house sale which went badly wrong, not arranged through Robinson Reade I hasten to add. We approached a number of agents to no avail, but the team at Robinson Reade were outstanding. They were totally sympathetic to our needs. They moved heaven and earth to secure us a rental at very short notice. A truly professional and quick response.
Here we are in 2020 and I have an issue with an energy supplier dating back to 2015. We contacted the team to see if they could provide details of the rental dating back to 2015. Within minutes a confirmatory email was sent to us to forward on to the energy supplier. This is absolutely amazing and we cannot thank this team enough. I fully recommend their services.

Have had nothing but brilliant experiences with this estate agents!
A few years ago I rented a flat through them and they were brilliant. Really responsive with queries!
More recently, after my mum died, I was looking to put her house on the market. I initially chose to go with another local estate agents which was - to put it kindly - a total disaster. Robinson Reade took us under their wing at a difficult time and guided us through the process of putting the house on the market. The team worked quickly and the house was on the market within a couple of days with thoughtful and personal details. If I had a query at any point they were ready on the other end of the phone or responded to emails within a few hours! Ultimately, we have decided to move into the house ourselves and even then, Jane was so kind and supportive with our decision.
Couldn’t recommend more!!! If we sell/rent in the future we will definitely use this estate agents!

I cannot more highly rate Robinson Reade. The lovely ladies have been exemplary to this industry. I have dealt with a number of agents over my house sale and purchase journey, and no one has come close to Robinson Reade. Sharyn was my first point of contact, and she was just the most lovely person to speak to and view houses with - Sharyn, it was a pleasure! She managed to get us in to our perfect home before it even went on the market, and we could not be more thankful.
From the moment the offer was accepted, we have had outstanding contact from Donetta, who manages the journey from offer acceptance to exchange and through to completion. Donetta is by far the reason we stuck out a 7 month long journey to purchase our home. Her efforts went far above and beyond what you would expect of any agent, and she is a credit to the company and an example of what other agencies should be aiming for.
Most agencies do not give such a high level of post-offer aftercare, or even offer it full stop. For this reason, I recommend using Robinson Reade to both sell and purchase homes. You won't find a better agent in the local area.

I was beyond impressed with Robinson Reade, not only did they book me in for a 6:30 viewing with Emma in the week, they are so friendly on the phone and in person.
