We recently bought a holiday park home via Walker & Waterer who were the vendors' estate agent. Despite the fact that the purchase price was comparatively low compared to standard bricks and mortar properties, the professionalism, consideration, efficiency, promptness helpfulness and empathy shown by sales negotiator Harrison was first class. He kept in regular contact with us through the transaction, which became unnecessarily prolonged, caused by the vendors, and he showed great consideration to us as purchasers. We would recommend this first class company unreservedly for sales or purchases.

We used Walker & Waterer to sell our house in Whiteley.
Of course, there are plenty of cheaper options available now but we really didn't want the hassle of viewings etc., and was impressed with W&W from the outset with their professional approach and open communication.
Most of our dealings were with Kelly who was excellent throughout. She handled most viewings and provided us feedback, as applicable.
Ultimately, our house sold in good time and that is all you can ask for. No hassle and we'd happily recommend Walker & Waterer to anyone looking for an estate agent for Whiteley and surrounding area.

Ben's market appraisal of our property was spot on and we were overwhelmed with the number of viewings in such a short timescale. We very recently sold our property with Karlie at Walker and Waterer Park Gate and bought another one on with the Whiteley Walker and Waterer team. I cannot recommend the service enough. They sold our existing property just over a week after putting it on the market!
We felt that Karlie and Olivia were very much on the end of the phone and emails to offer support whenever we needed them for anything and were very proactive.
From start to finish they made the process as smooth and easy as possible and if/when we decide to move again, I won't hesitate to contact anyone else. Cannot recommend them enough.
