I sold a flat in Edinburgh, and later bought a house in Perthshire with Asset Properties. From start to finish both transactions were a fantastic experience, and I would not use anyone else. Forget about using faceless, inexperienced and quite often ignorant (or uninterested) larger companies. From Asset you get personal and prompt service, a wealth of advice and guidance from Kyle and his wider team of skilled and experienced people. We cannot thank Kyle enough for all his help and advice when selling our home. After languishing on the market with another agent we decided to give Asset Property a call. On our very first meeting with Kyle he gave us invaluable advice and spent a lot of time going through things we could do to enable a sale. The professional photos and videos followed and Kyle kept us informed along the way. On the day after the upgrades Kyle suggested were finished he sold our house for the full asking price.
