KFH Southgate were absolutely brilliant, going above and beyond to ensure that we got our forever home.
Very unhappy. I have spoken to your team and have requested the removal of a board which is in the wrong place, only to hear the gentleman on the other side of the phone sniggering under his breath. I was assured that the FOR SALE board would be taken down. I noticed someone from your team attend to the board in which I thought they were taking it down as per our discussion, however I feel like I am being mocked as instead of reallocating the board to it's correct place at the correct property; it was changed from FOR SALE to SOLD.
The agent demonstrated interest in my search criteria and immediately informed me when something came up. The support and guidance i received during the process is 5 star, definitely will check first with them when i move again in the future.

Started Great with Darryl the manager, than all went downhill, he left so all his staff, there was no one to deal with as it become a ghost estate agent with only the mortgage adviser working there no one from sales as they all as mention left, a cover was sent in from another branch as a sales advisor he had too much on his plate to deal with( he tried his hardest not his fault it's the overall corporation way of working), my advise stay away from this massive estate agent (countrywide) as one day you have a fully staffed estate agent the next day they all gone, wasted 6 weeks with no one trying to sell my property, I'm furious, their area manager pretended nothing happening at the beginning until faced with reality. look at their record they are the lowest performing agency in terms of sales.
Nick Wallis looked after the sale of my property from start to finish. He could not do any more than he did. Has a professional but friendly approach, goes above and beyond to help the whole process run smoothly and remain as stress free as possible. Nick is very experienced in his field and provides a 5 star service. I would recommend Absolute Property to anyone who is looking for an estate agency to sell/rent their property. A huge thank you to Nick and his team once again.

Little hard to find the first time quick service and friendly
If only a star was worthy my property went missing in there care and ive had to go aviut the legal route to get it sorted as they lie and talk about policy but im shore property going missing with paperwork stating there was no property to have nsl show oroof of property in the car auctioned with items disappearing with no explanation and to be ignored i would avoid at all cost clearly a cowboy company that do not know what there employees are up to and when proven something illegal taking place they go silent and lie to cover there back honestly the worst experience ive ever had sorting something so small out but then again a crime isnt small i guess to john pye a unrecorded crime at that still to this day if i did not provide the police with evidence it wouldn't of even been taken seriously at the police level imagine having to go and get your own evidence when a big company like john pye could aid as ide like to think if something illegal happend in my business i would make it my business to know as a company.
My experience with mi homes was a very pleasant one, they were very professional and very helpful , thank you for finding me a great new home , I would highly recommend them.
Was looking at a flat they had for rent in Hendon, London. Filled in all forms, to request viewing and they called back the next day - whilst I was at work, so of course I could not answer the phone whilst at work - got home from work and surprise surprise I found an email from these property agents where they emailed me at 5.58pm saying that they request and need me to turn up to the property (I requested) for viewing for 6pm. Giving me TWO MINUTES NOTICE to get to the property.
Funny!!!! Funny was, they left voicemail to call back but as I was at work I could not answer a personal call and I was working in an environment where I am talking to customers ALL DAY I could not give my attention to a personal phone call.
It was dead funny how they did not not ask where I work, or where I live etc and just ASSUMED that I'd be "free" and would be able to get to a viewing with only 2 minutes notice. Seriously common sense surely applies? I understand you are a business and needs to make money but do your brain should tell you to use your common sense (which should) tell you to give the customer more than 2 minutes notice to get to the property and to double check with the customer first if they are happy with the time and day of the appointment instead of assuming they are and should be free? What if they live more than 2 minutes away?
I work at a job where I am in work from 9am until 10pm at night and I work in an area where I have BAD signal at work
It also seems these people BRIBE people to write good reviews about them even if and when they write a review lower than 5* they bribe that person to change it to 5*. Just the way these guys have tried to bribe me with an offer of "We will give you so much discount off" for X or Y or Z off if you remove the review and change it. You know what they say, "If it sounds too good to be true" it prob is too good to be true and that there is SOMETHING wrong that they are not telling you about (until AFTER it has been dealt with
As first time landlords we were nervous about finding good tenants but Shamila and her team at Foxtons Wood Green found us some fantastic ones! We were kept informed throughout the process and it was all very smooth. The team were friendly and helpful and always able to answer any questions we had.
Its a shame I cannot select zero stars! Landlords be aware...
I am a landlord and used the Foxtons branch at Wood Green. The lettings manager at Wood Green took great care of us and found a set of tenants which was great. After this it was all downhill!
The tenancy ended so we decided to visit the property after the confirmed move out date to find the tenants still in the property. How Foxtons are oblivious to tenants overstaying I will never know. One would assume on the move out date someone would be expecting the keys to be handed back, and question when no one turns up. I had to tell Foxtons that they were still in the property a week later.
Now for the Keys, the tenants lost 1 set of keys which were apparently 'destroyed'. Not only did I have to tell them 1 set is missing, but no one is paying for a change of locks or even a new set of keys. A huge security risk, so if you would like to give away your keys then rent your property through Foxonts! 4 months later and still waiting for a reponce...
