Assetgrove needs to be exposed to any landlord who is considering letting their properties with this company. I cannot understand why the council still deals with them??? something very strange about that????. When you read reviews written about them, you will notice that there is one major problem, Landlords are either receiving very late rent or NO RENT AT ALL!. I made a huge mistake and rented out my property on a rent guarantee scheme with them.. well this was a joke.... you were never guaranteed your rent at all, when you call them on a MONTLY basis to enquirer about missing rent, there is NEVER an apology, just excuses, when you email members of their staff to deal with your complaint(Sot included) you will no get any response, I want to save Landlords from from the stress and financial implications of dealing with this company,... Do not use this Company! Stay away. They have not paid us our rent since mid-january yet are still getting paid by the Local Authority. They do not pick up the phone or reply to e-mails. Please contact the Council directly and take payments for your property directly , do not go with new company as they all are playing games. No emails or no calls contact from Asset grove but they are taking money from council , contact your local council and as landlord they can pay your directly, please tell them Asset grove did not pay for many months. ****DO IT IMMEDIATELY ******STOP GIVING ANY PROPERTIES TO ASSET GROVE OR NEW COMPANY.... JUST GOT A CALL FROM A COMPANY CALLED THEORI, CONFIRMING ASSETGROVE HAVE GONE INTO ADMINISTRATION, AND THIS WAS CONFIRMED 5 WEEKS AGO, IT HAS BEEN ABSOLUTE ABYSMAL BEHAVIOUR FROM ASSETGROVE, THAT THE DIDNT COMMUNICATE THIS TO LANDLORDS, NO EMAIL OR LETTER, COMPLETELY EXPLAINS THE DETERIORATION IN SERVICE OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS, WE ALL KNOW ITS NOT EASY TIMES, BUT A COMPANY THIS SIZE SHOULD HAVE SOME DECORUM AND AT LEAST INFORM LANDLORDS YOU ARE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS AND ARE TRANSFERRING YOUR PORTFOLIO TO ANOTHER COMPANY, I SHOULDNT HAVE HEARD THIS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY BEFORE HEARING THIS FROM ASSETGROVE, TERRIBLE SERVICE... This is the worst letting company I ever dealt with. Am the landlord but all the time I had to chase rent payment. Always rude and owner kept hiding. They stole our £1000 leather sofa set and replaced it with IKEA stools. I will never ever use or recommend these bunch of crooks. Zero zero stars... Read more

AVOID!!! DO NORT USE THIS AGENCY!! I would give no stars if it was possible I moved in last year and within a month notcied mould issues, They do nothing but paint over it which isn't getting rid of the issue my daughters age 2 and 5 has allergies toward the mould I have provided medical note to them to show them how serious it is and they still haven't done anything to fit the problem now we are constantly sick and my asthma has gotten so bad I need to use an inhaler I am 29 going on 30 and have NEVER had to use one before in my life Before I even moved in I was told that the property had mould issues but when I asked the agency worker he said "the people who live above is lying they just want the building to themselves" but because its council i had to accept it And thats just one issue they fail to fix im having to spend my own money to fit other issues and being a single mother with two kids its hard...
