Given that the amount of work required to sell a property is not going to be proportional to the final selling price, isn't it time that agents started quoting fixed fees rather than percentages?

Lottie was our main point of contact and she was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She was always available to take our calls, answer questions and provide advice. She often went the extra mile to ensure both us as buyers and the sellers were kept informed and addressed potential challenges proactively! We are extremely grateful for the help and support!

22nd Sep 2024 (4 weeks ago)I would not recommend. Throughout the period of my tenancy BTC were barely responsive to messages, calls and emails. The only time we would be in contact is when THEY wanted to contact us. At the end of my tenancy they were no help in the process of returning our deposit and only decided to a MONTH after my contract ended. I as well as the other tenants were overcharged for costs of the house after the tenancy and BTC just kept telling us “they are the middle man” which was so unhelpful. After telling them we were not paying for costs that we were not responsible for they ghosted us. We ended up accepting the costs they put on us as we were tired of no progress. Again, would NOT recommend.

They are responsive, reassuring, trustworthy and provide astute advice throughout the process. 24th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)The most UNPROFESSIONAL agency I have ever come across. Continously late rental payments, missing rent (still owed), and don't respond to emails or return calls unless chased several times. The only reason they have good reviews is due to the previous owner and their sales agent Naveed who has now left DK who was amazing and always did right by his clients unlike Anil... This is my second review after Anil, the owner of David Key, asked me to remove the first earlier last year as he promised to resolve things, but never did... After David Key failed to rectify a very fixable issue with my property after months of being aware of it, I consequently lost a buyer costing me £10k+ and DK/Anil never once apologised or accepted responsibility for their (lack of) actions. I recently almost lost another buyer due to the lack of action by DK to remove my tenant and the ongoing lies about when he'd be vacating the property. Luckily the actions of the sales agent, helped get the property over the line. I'm still owed rent and money from the tenant's deposit to cover cleaning and rubbish removal, and, as usual, Anil is not responding to our calls and emails.

Throughout the process from the dreaded bidding war through to renegotiations on sales prices and completion, Pio helped to facilitate multiple surveys, kept up momentum with the sales process and was always responsive to my queries which meant from the sale being agreed to completion was only 11 weeks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him- he was friendly, open to all questions however small and just a total pro. Thanks for making first time buying that much less daunting!

18th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent. Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today. Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else. Had problems with them from day one. Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible. Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them

China has been so committed and positive from the first time she came to value the property. She was very confident that she would find the right tenants and she delivered as promised. Communication was swift and she was always available to clear any doubts/ concerns. We will definitely work with King's Group again and I can personally recommend China if you need the job done properly and quickly.

It was our first house and was quite nerve wracking because of how complicated the process can be. Cos and Element Properties made it so unbelievably easy through start to finish and even when we were preparing to buy 2 years prior they helped all the way back then, which I didn't think they would. They were passionate and they helped at any time when we needed them. I will always use their services in the future! Thanks guys!!

In my 10 years as Landlord I have never had such quick success. Andre also helped me with finding cleaners, contractors and sent me lots of pictures of the works carried out. I am not based in London so this seamless and personal level of service was priceless. Andre, is professional, smart and really really happy. He is respectful and friendly. I hope I continue to work with Andre for years and wish him all the luck. Being new to the city, he was incredibly attentive to my needs and consistently kept me updated with new lettings that suited my preferences. Even though I eventually found a property in a different area that he didn’t service, out of the many agents I worked with, Demetris was by far the best. I can't recommend him enough for anyone searching for their perfect home!
