I would recommend avoiding this agency, I was disgusted with the behaviour of the lettings manager. Didn’t take my phone calls at the beginning and then we viewed the property and expressed interest just sent a contract. We didn’t sign this within 2 days and then was sent some very rude and abrupt emails. I personally don’t want to be entering an agreement with and agency without speaking to them considering they will be my contact if anything went wrong with at the property.

Jonathan is everything an estate agent should be, yet so few are! He went totally above and beyond from the very start of my purchase, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, as well as always exceptionally quick to respond to any query while also being highly proactive, ensuring everything progressed as quickly as possible. A total breath of fresh air compared to other estate agents I’ve used before. Thank you so much for all your help, I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Addison Townsend to anybody seeking a traditional estate agent who cares about their clients!

I cannot recommend Addison Townsend enough. I have transferred two properties from a different estate agent in the area to Addison because I was so impressed with them. On both occasions they made the transitional process very smooth and unawkward, they responded to emails rapidly and were extremely helpful at every step. They offer very fair rates and were not forceful or pushy at all.
Honestly, not a bad word to say. I'm so grateful I found them!
