This is the most honest review you will ever get of this place. I rented a flat with my wife and daughter for over a year using this estate agent. If you are a potential tenant I would recommend another estate agent. These guys are strict and will charge you to your last penny if you make mistakes. However, if you are a landlord look no further than Addison Townsend, these people will fight your corner, keep your property in the best of condition and make sure your tenants are suitable to be living in your property. Honestly, in future when I let out my property this place will be my first stop.
