AVOID Avoid ! we rented out a office space at watermans park which was managed by Aston Forbes, after 3 months we found out they were not paying thier dues to the leaseholder and Aston Forbes were legally removed from the building. All tenants were given eviction notice and all a sudden we had nowhere to do, Since then Aston Forbes in particular Miguel, is avoiding our calls, they are not refunding our deposit or the rent. MUST AVOID, I have also heard there were removed from the previous building they were managing. Our fellow tenants are also sadly struggling with getting thier funds back and it is sad as some of them are young entrepreneurs faced with these scams.... Read more
