They did not let me be present on my check out and then pretend that things were missing from the property.They tried to charge me for cleaning issues without be present on check out.Also they tried to keep my money difference from deed of surrender.Finally for refund they were lying that they did the refund but it took them two weeks without receiving my money back.
I did not expect those things happening to me when I explained to them that due to health problems I had to leave the house and needed the money for my problem.They took advantage of me.

My expeience viewing an apartment was good, the agent was very helpful shoeing the flat, stating the rent conditions and sharing advices regading moving to the especific area. The inventory from JOHNS&CO is good and they get into touch quite fast. Very professional. Unfortunately very bad experience in check in and check out process with them. They clearly hide the fact that the apartment has a problem with reception. After checkout they very late with providing access for car park, which resulted for additional charges for me. During the checkout period, they wanted to charge for mattess stain which we never done and there were no picture of the bottom of matress with stain, only top of it.

Mehdi Taki was our lettings agent. He was excellent - very knowledgeable, professional, and practical. He met us same-day for a viewing, got everything set up and sent on time and was always quick on the dial. It was great to see someone who actually knew what they were talking about, could quickly figure out the best pricing, location, and agreement. His experience in international property markets really shines through.

The worst experience ever, superb time wasters and liars. Took on the flat to rent, according them it would be a matter of days but did nothing for a month and then, after several iterations during which they assured me to the contrary, they turned down the flat because I asked them to change the contract to multi agent instead than sole agent. They then refused to return the keys imposing me to send someone if I wanted my keys back. So you know it is with them or nothing, and with them it is your problem.

After having a negative experience with their competitor AP*- K*w Br*dge, I was rightfully hesitant and nervous about using local agents, but Mehdi and peers were fantastically professional, accommodating and transparent, which eased all of my anxieties.

I don’t think I have ever come across an agent like Sania Manocha. She has been EXTREMELY kind and always goes out of her way to keep you updated. I think we had multiple calls where she took the time to explain the process in detail and make time for viewings. These guys were fantastic for us from start to finish, particularly Dominic and Dyaun. They found us a buyer pretty quickly but sadly we ended up in a long chain. They managed to hold on to our buyer for months and months whilst doing an an amazing job chain-chasing. I didn’t realize how much of the job is spent making sure other people (solicitors and other EAs) are doing their jobs properly - clue: they were not. In the whole chain, Dominic was the only one with any sense of urgency about him, which meant he drove the whole process throughout. I contemplated selling my property due to the potential of relocation due to a job offer. I got valuation done on line by Johns&Co which was in line with my expectations. I subsequently received a phone call from Dominic who asked me detailed questions about my interest as well as the property and subsequently offered to visit the property to conduct a more detailed evaluation. He was flexible and adapted my work schedule to come over on the weekend and his conduct was professional and supportive. He gave me advice on how to list and advertise the property as well as what I should expect as a sale price.
The terms of agreement came through on the same day abs I was offered to opportunity to allow them to conduct show rounds of the property with them having a spare key. I eventually declined the job offer and did not sell my property but I have to say that if I was planning to sell I would certainly consider their services and engage with Dominic to facilitate the process.

My friend and I rented a 2 bed 2 bath property with them. Later, my friend's guarantor backed out so we proposed a thousand different solutions (upfront rent payment, paying shortfall plus deposit, etc) and they rejected all possible alternatives & we didn't get a refund on our holding deposit.
We were surprised that they were not even willing to consider any alternative and were extremely reluctant to present anything to the landlord.
The flat we were renting was undergoing renovations and was supposed to get ready in early April and our move in date was 12th April. After a few days of this incident, I saw the ad for the same flat with move in date from 31st May. That's when it was clear that we were scammed.
The flat wasn't going to be ready by 12th April and to avoid giving back the holding deposit, they didn't consider any alternatives (which every other agency does since you've paid the holding deposit) and just put it on us.
They have scammed us and looted our holding deposit when in reality the flat wasn't going to be ready for move in till 31st May.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

I have recently moved out of my own apartment into a bigger one due to family expansion. I first got in touch with Johns&Co while searching for a new place, but soon we started talking about letting my own place through them. The whole process took some time as I had to wait for the new property to become available, but Johns&Co were very patient and were not at all trying to rush me. I found this particularly professional and appreciative. Once we started the whole process, it was all very smooth and straight to the point. I had to arrange some minor works to get the property up to spec for letting (e.g. EPC and EICR), and Johns&Co were very helpful and very affordable in doing so.
