Approached Johns & Co following a bad experience with another agency .
Johns & co were extremely helpful , they virtually found the most perfect flat and turned it around within 2 weeks . They have a real can do attitude and made the whole process as straightforward as possible . Thanks Mehdi for your professionalism ,Great communication and understanding the brief . I've had an excellent experience with Johns&Co thus far having moved into a luxury development they manage. A friendly team, with cool offices, and very on-the-ball services.
Lettings:
Mehdi Taki was our lettings agent. He was excellent - very knowledgeable, professional, and practical. He met us same-day for a viewing, got everything set up and sent on time and was always quick on the dial. It was great to see someone who actually knew what they were talking about, could quickly figure out the best pricing, location, and agreement. His experience in international property markets really shines through.
Property Management
Liam Alwar is excellent as our property manager. He quickly and effectively sorted out multiple issues for us pertaining to lights, telecoms, and our bathroom during our move-in. He's always happy to help over the phone and email to ensure a pleasant and client-friendly stay in the property balancing well the needs of the landlord, tenant, and developer. A shout out to Rob Joyce as well for his help and collegiality.
