I have been searching for a 1 bed flat for my son to rent in the areas near Chiswick by using search engines as we are a 100 miles from London. The best agency we found by far is Quilliam, the staff are super efficient, nothing is too much trouble, polite, courteous and caring, something I have found in short supply in many of the other 'companies' we have tried to deal with. I have no reservations in recommending this wonderful business

We have used the services of Quilliams over many years and found all the staff to be friendly and very helpful. In recent times we have had a need to make use of the services on a complicated transaction and were very impressed by the professional way the matter was handled. 6 months ago, I rented a flat through Qulliam Property Letting Agency, and I cannot speak highly enough of my experience, especially with Mr Jeremy Hodgson-Coakley.

Recently rented a house via Quilliam - utmost professionalism, quality and responsiveness. Was a breath of fresh air in world normally filled with vultures and charlatans! ???? What a breathe of fresh air ! The personal service not the normal you are just a number ... The viewing was done in a slow take your time manor you are not rushed and left thinking are they going to turn up on time , the paper work phone calls everything done perfect these people rewrite the book when it comes to estate agents. Worth popping in and meeting the team they go the extra mile to find you the perfect home not just a house
