I have used Xavis for the past 11 years. At first they handled the letting of my flat with several changes of tenants. Once I decided to sell they also handled selling of the property. Throughout they have been easy to work with and keeping me informed about anything requiring my attention.
As an overseas landlord it was a huge comfort to know that Xavis was there to handle questions and maintenance. Even when one of the tenants stopped paying, Xavis guided me through the process of taking them to court for eviction.
The selling process was not straightforward, due to the economic climate, but still Xavis kept their cool and managed to secure the sale.
I would recommend them to any would be landlord and also for property sales.

Xavi & Co is not a trustworthy company. Ensure you keep a copy of all receipts, do not rely on them or their book keeping. When I spoke to Alberto about this problem, rather than taking responsibility he blamed me. I wish I had taken note of the other negative reviews rather than looking at all the positive reviews as I would not be out of pocket.

I can't recommend Xavi & Co highly enough. I have moved many times while in London and I have never come across such a superb letting agency. They are great professionals and have ethos. They are very helpful and accommodating and nothing is too much for them. Although the whole letting process with other agents can be lengthy and stressful with them is was exceptionally smooth and simple.
Alberto is amazing and I will always be grateful to him , quoting his own words he knows the flats he rents like the back of his hands. Ena and Kylie are true assets to the team, very knowledgeable, always polite and eager to help.
Since Xavi and Co manage the properties they rent they have a great team of technicians. Special thanks to Vedo and his brother and Carlos who are highly skilled and can fix just anything with perfection and emphasis to the details.

Buying a property during the pandemic, before stamp duty holiday window closed, was a challenging task . However this was made so much easier with the help of Xavi &Co, in particular Michele who was very informative, displayed a great level of professionalism and was very flexible when it came to short notice access for additional viewings of the property. So professional yet sensitive!
We rented a home from them and I found them extremely courteous, responsive and sensitive to our needs. There are few agencies who were quite rude and demotivating, but Xavi folks were always very positive. In the end I stretched my budget, which means there positivity earned them a customer!
I would happily engage them for my property as renting is not just a business but a bunch of dreams for both people buying homes or renting homes and such experience should always be pleasant...

Rating 5 Star and beyond. Xavi & Co agency have provided me with such outstanding service throughout the years I have been renting. Rest assured this Agency really look after their tenants, putting all there needs first.
Every staff member I have dealt with Alberto, Kasia and Ena have all been very friendly and professional.
I have recently been dealing with Ena who has been very accommodating to myself and my families needs ensuring our flat is ready for our new arrival. She has provided me phenomenal service!!

As a landlord, I would highly recommend this agency for many reasons:
1. They are polite
2. They work fast! the flat was let in 2-3 weeks with an extensive check done on the tenant.
3. Alberto, my agent, goes above and beyond. He takes care of everything and makes me feel like I am in good hands. Dealing with agencies this is rare to find as many simply do not care and look for every opportunity to charge you. This is not the case with Xavi & Co at all.
In general, this is a wonderful and independent agency that I am happy to have found and to allow manage my flat.

Unbelievably painless experience. Working with Kasia was quick and painless. I told her what I was looking for and my price range. Not only did she come in under my budge, but with an extra bed room and garage parking. Alberto, took care of everything instantly and had me in my flat in 2 days. The level of attention, care and customer service that Xavi & Co provided was amazing. Once in the flat the few little snagging issues in the flat were all sorted in the first few day. Hands down the best letting company I've ever dealt with.

The best agency I have ever rented a flat from. The service I have received is phenomenal. They go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy with their new home and continuously check up to make sure everything is okay. Kasia and Alberto are very friendly and professional. Professional to a certain extent but misinformed of what a tenant's rights are. So I would say great if your the landlord but not so good if you are the tenant once any problems occur.
Nice offices and everyone seems to know them locally I agree but if and when you are unfortunate enough to have one of his more trying landlords then Alberto puts his hands in the air and just repeats what he has heard from the landlord and not what the legal perspective is.
I don't normally write negative reviews as I believe every small business needs a second chance but on this occasion I had to write something. So I would say find out a little more about the landlord before signing anything.

Professional and Friendly. The boss, Alberto, treated me like family while his colleague Marko like a best friend. I really felt at home and part of the family. They tended every need I had and seemingly the whole town of Brentford was stopping in to say hello to these two local celebrities. The only thing I found alarming was the distinct lack of hair on both their heads :O
