I can not thank the team at Xavi & Co enough for all their help in letting my properties over the past many years. Ena, Kylie, Kasia & Alberto are extremely knowledgable about the rental market in Brentford and are a one-stop for all property related enquiries. They are all patient and very thorough, always ‘thinking outside of the box’ and coming up with solutions to various issues when managing properties, so that I do not have to worry.
My Tenants also report that they have complete confidence in the team’s abilities to manage the properties. Quite simply, they offer a fantastic personal service and I can not recommend Xavi & Co enough.

We have been with Xavi and Co since 2013. The service has been outstanding, both for ourselves as Landlords and for the tenants we have had since day one. Alberto has been a great professional who has on numerous occasions gone above and beyond the contracted service levels to help either ourselves or the tenants. His knowledge of the Island, where we have our flat, is second to none and has proven invaluable many times over the years.
If I could award 6 stars I would.

We had connected on a local Facebook page for something totally unrelated but he got me out of a real bind. I have used many estate agents around London for buying, selling, renting and leasing flats and I can 100% say Xavi & Co have been the very best.
I have rented a flat through Alberto to the same tenants for 4 years and he always goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is always running smoothly and all parties are happy.
In my experience estate agents are not generally trustworthy so it is refreshing to say hand on heart that Alberto and his team are transparent, honest and hard working.
