I have dealt with Paul and various members of the At Home team on quite a number of occasions - I have rented, purchased and sold through At Home Estate Agents. I have not been to anyone else since my first encounter with them. They offer a fantastic, honest service, they go out of their way to give you what you need and to advise on your best route forward. I enquired with At Home for a valuation on my property and after a lengthy conversation about my property and my onward requirements I had a valuation appointment for later that day. James provided me the valuation for my property and a lot of detail in how he had arrived at this figure and how similar properties had been performing in the area and I was very impressed with his knowledge and expertise. Whilst for now I have decided that the timing is not right to procced with a sale, James was very understanding and completely understood my reasoning, but I will be returning to At Home for certain when I do come to sell. WE USED AT HOME FOR OUR FIRST HOUSE PURCHASE AS FIRST TIME BUYERS AND THEY’VE HAVE BEEN THOROUGHLY AMAZING. JAMES WAS GREAT FROM DAY 1 - THE FIRST VIEWING ALL THE WAY TO COMPLETION. HE STAYED LATE MULTIPLE EVENING AT VIEWINGS TO ACCOMMODATE MY PARTNER WORKING LATE AND ALSO VARIOUS TRADESMEN ARRIVING LATE TO THE VIEWING APPOINTMENTS. IM THE SORT OF PERSON THAT WANTS EVERYTHING DONE STRAIGHT AWAY. I WAS CONSTANTLY ON AT MY SOLICITOR AND SO WAS JAMES, PUSHING ALWAYS TO MAKE SURE THINGS WERE DONE AS SPEEDY AS POSSIBLE.
