Based in Pulborough we are members of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents - based in Park Lane, Central London) which links us nationwide to over 800 associate member offices. Our combined experience (locally and nationally) is over 70 years. We act on a personal basis - every sale is managed by one of our directors from start to finish. We do not use part time staff as we prefer to keep close personal contact with our sellers and buyers in order to achieve their aim with the minimum of fuss. We promote our client's properties on our own portal plus many of the the main property portals (including Rightmove/Zoopla/OnThemarket). This gives our clients' properties full exposure to the property market aiming to achieve the best price for them. We also provide general advice on property matters to buyers, sellers, developers, surveyors and solicitors (incl Valuations for Probate). The great majority of our instructions come through personal recommendation.
