Avoid. Although staff were always polite, overall they did not provide a very high level of customer service. Storrington branch was often unmanned, prospective viewers had to go out of their way to arrange a viewing. Feedback from viewings was slow or non existent. The manager left and we were not informed. Such a pleasure dealing with Kate and Tim at King and Chasemore in Storrington. Kate was extremely helpful showing us a property and taking the time to go round the entire place and garden. Jena was absolutely amazing following our decision to purchase a house marketed by them. Any issues were promptly dealt with above and beyond her job and even helped with chasing solicitors. My only reason for dropping 1 star is because Ali showed us the house and didn’t seem to have any knowledge of it at all, couldn’t answer any questions and really was just there to let us in. Having moved in any questions that were answered by him at the viewing were incorrect. More knowledge at the initial viewing would have made it a 5 star review.... Read more

Used the agents whilst selling my fathers flat who as ill at the time of it going on the market - they were very helpful and kept a key to show buyers around - when my father passed away they made the selling process easier for me by only email contact for a time and helping me through what I needed to do. The only issue I had was with using the Solicitors they suggested, this was a bit of a nightmare with rude clerks -however every time I rang Bruno or his team they soon got on and dealt with the issues - the flat has now sold and I am grateful for their help and support throughout the sale - I would use King and Chasemore again but not their solicitors.... Out of the three estate agents I had interviewed, I chose King & Chasemore because Bruno made a real effort to get to know both me and the property his team were going to sell. He helped to progress the sale when things got stuck during conveyancing by talking to both solicitors and reporting back to me and the buyer. King & Chasemore’s wide network of offices was also a selling point and their out-of-hours contact centre meant our buyer could call on a Sunday to book a viewing!
