Personable introduction from the initial valuation. However disappointed the follow up marketing. Felt the process of brochure was rushed with little attention to detail - no key features noted and no area information given. We felt the agent should know what they are doing so perhaps did not pick things up at the time. Only after our suggestions was anything amended.
