Hello there, we are two girls living here alone - its a shame this review doesn't offer a (ZERO RATING). I am writing on behalf of my pregnant fiancee who has been dealing with (CHLOE PARKER - PROPERTY MANAGER). Just to give a list of whats been happening over the last 2 months. - Leak through the ceiling, nothing done to fix it - Severe leak through the ceiling, nothing done to fix it - Very Severe leak through ceiling and now water pouring through the light socket - Ceiling collapses, including live wires hanging above our heads - Electricity has been shut off by the fire firebrigade as its been considered a fire hazard and unsafe - The ceiling still to hasn't been looked at - Just found out - The previous tenants said "We left because we were burgled" - Still no key for our mailbox, its been 6 months without being able to retrieve our mail - Roof deck glass screen broken - could walk straight off the 4th floor onto the ground below - We light our rooms with candles at night - We have to empty 4 buckets of water everyday - We were promised that we could break out contract earlier - as we requested to them that we feel unsafe - since this dramatic situation, we have now been told we cannot. "Feeling like a hostage in our own home", well more like a prison! My friend has had numerous meetings set up with CHLOE, but she's either sick or doesn't meet me. THIS IS RIDICULOUS - NEVER USE THIS COMPANY I HOPE OUR LAWYER WILL SORT THIS OUT VERY SOON! LOOK OUT ATKINSON McLEOD!!!!!!!!!!!!
