Be careful with them, they are very incompetent. I went for a viewing with them, the agent was late and did't have the key to the building, I had to go back again later that day. We agreed a move-in date, I paid everything, set up the move. 5 days before the move in, they told me I cannot move because they forgot to arrange for a gas certificate. I told them that it was then too late for me to extend my stay in my previous place, so I've got nowhere to stay. They said they "understand that this is difficult for me". They did not offer accommodation for the interim period, not even storage for my belongings. When I finally moved in, the flat which was supposed to be professionally clean was filthy to the extent I had pieces of food in my bed. Later they forgot to forward me a notice about the clearing out of a storage area, and I had my bike removed. They insisted they did not get the notice, but did not liaise with the maintenance company. They probably know that if you like the flat they have you can only get it through them, so they can do whatever they like to you, so again, be very careful with them.
