Worst company imaginable. Gave us misinformation for over six months regarding entry dates and also told us development was finished when it was not. Double check everything you are told by them. They misled us and we ended up over £18000 out of pocket. Avoid this company at all cost. They don’t admit liability for anything they do.... Read more

Me and my partner couldnt ask for a better, more professional and supportive letting agency. I can honestly say that our experience with Ballantynes was amazing. People that we have dealt with either over the phone/or in person during flat inspections were always very helpful, kind and highly focused on delivering the highest standard of client/tenant support especially during pandemic. A massive thanks to Kelly, and also Tracy from Finance Department at Ballantynes for being extremely helpful with us and for responding to our emails with such care and professionalism. The most hassle free estate agents you could possibly rent with.I have rented with them for the last 4 years and no matter what i speak to them about whether it be by email or over the phone everyone is easy to speak to and the issue is dealt with efficiently.I couldn't recommend then highly enough.I'm moving cities after 4 years of being with then and I can only hope I find an agency as easy to deal with.... By far the best agent I have ever used. I get the feeling that they actually appreciate having me as a customer and genuinely want to help me with any issues that come up. They have a straightforward letting process and encourage the landlord to keep the apartment in great shape. Any repair issues they have handled straight away without any fuss. Ballantynes have now sold two properties for us. They are professional from start to finish with realistic and accurate appraisals of the property. We had nine viewings in a very short period of time and despite other similar properties being available a very quick sale was achieved. The brochure and photographs were amazing and Rory Ballantyne's practical approach to the process made it less stressful. Despite being out the country when the property was up for sale we were kept fully appraised by Kayleigh who did the viewings and gave us feedback. Cannot recommend them highly enough.... Read more
