Ballantynes has a particular emphasis on providing residential estate agency and property management solutions to private clients and the development community.

In addition the firm provides Property & Estate Management Services, Planning & Development Advice, Sales, Purchases and Valuations of Commercial, Industrial and Rural Property, Property Lettings as well as Environmental and Waste Management Consultancy.

From our two offices, one in Edinburgh’s West End and the other in Perth City Centre, we aim to provide a dynamic approach to all our clients property requirements, providing a friendly and professional service.

Head of Estate Agency, Scott Webster, has over 15 years of experience in property having started with the local SPC then leading onto positions with both solicitor based estate agents and traditional estate agencies, giving Scott a well-rounded understanding of property sales from start to finish. As the Head of Estate Agency, he provides clients with a fully managed service bringing properties to the market and managing until the keys exchange. Scott aims to offer national coverage but with a more local based service, working throughout Scotland promoting the company and building brand awareness. Scott, along with a strong team, offers each property a tailored marketing package to suit.

The most hassle free estate agents you could possibly rent with.I have rented with them for the last 4 years and no matter what i speak to them about whether it be by email or over the phone everyone is easy to speak to and the issue is dealt with efficiently.I couldn't recommend then highly enough.I'm moving cities after 4 years of being with then and I can only hope I find an agency as easy to deal with.

Our experience with Ballantynes was good until we needed to get any information regarding the delay for our flat being built. The person dealing with inquiries was unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend them.

Our rental flat has been managed by Ballantynes for the last few years and every interaction we've had with them has been easy and pleasant, from maintenance and repairs to flat inspections. Ballantynes has, in fact, been the only property company we've dealt with in Edinburgh that has provided swift and friendly service. We would happily recommend them.

By far the best agent I have ever used. I get the feeling that they actually appreciate having me as a customer and genuinely want to help me with any issues that come up. They have a straightforward letting process and encourage the landlord to keep the apartment in great shape.

Any repair issues they have handled straight away without any fuss.

Overall it's been a great experience and I strongly recommend this agency.

Ballantynes have now sold two properties for us.
They are professional from start to finish with realistic and accurate appraisals of the property.
We had nine viewings in a very short period of time and despite other similar properties being available a very quick sale was achieved.
The brochure and photographs were amazing and Rory Ballantyne's practical approach to
the process made it less stressful.
Despite being out the country when the property was up for sale we were kept fully appraised by Kayleigh who did the viewings and gave us feedback.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Usually lettings agencies are a nightmare to deal with and stress me out, but Ballantynes make it so easy and understandable. Honestly they have a very competent and knowledgable team who are easy to work with and reply to any queries very quickly.
