Cannot recommend Bannerman Burke enough when it comes to support and selling your property.
Professional, informative and reassuring from the initial scoping all the way to handover at offer acceptance.
Within a short space of time my property had been inspected and set off to market looking great. An offer accepted within a week.
They had gone above and beyond to make sure viewers were vetted and booked in - 100% show rate and prompt feedback. One viewer even commented during the viewing how good their dealings with Bannerman Burke were from a buyers perspective as opposed to other house viewings they were trying to navigate through.
I extend special thanks to Dee and Lisa for the support and teamwork to get the sale over the line. The service they can recommend and pass you over for conveyancing is also top class!

Excellent service with a personal touch from start to finish. We had a number of agents to choose from in selling our house and Dee with her obvious delight in our property and natural friendliness and enthusiasm was the natural choice. We were certainly not mistaken in our decision.
The communication from the company was timely and when I spoke to other members of her team it was obvious they knew about our position. The photographs (some of which were taken by my wife, and kindly added to their own) were professionally edited and presented and appeared on national sites from which we drew in our eventual purchaser. When it came to final negotiations Dee talked myself through to achieving a most acceptable goodly figure which was acceptable to both ourselves and our purchasers.
I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommended Bannerman Burke as an estate agent who combine professionalism with the personal touch.

Every one of them went way beyond our expectations in terms of service. We live about 50 miles from Hawick and so it would have been very difficult for us to arrange viewings, but Dee and her team did all that for us. They really delivered a very personal service from start to finish, taking time to get to know us, which we appreciated.
