I bought a couple of buy to let flats through Bannerman Burke and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and immensely helpful during the whole process. Their assistance has continued beyond the purchases in helping me let and manage the properties through their contacts in Hawick and elsewhere and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to potential buy to let investors.

I used Bannerman Burke to find and buy a “Buy to Let” flat. The property viewings were very informative and then the purchase was straight forward and Tony guided me through that procedure. Since then, Dee and Susan have managed my flat as a buy to let and I am very satisfied with their service on both finding tenants and maintaining the flat in a very good condition.
