Not sure if this is even a real company. But got a call from them and they were demanding me to reply to an email so that they can find me a property from which they will in return get 10% of the first years rent.

The man sounded incredibly rude, and kept saying he's wasting his time on me.

Learns some manners, don't hire ignorant retired sounding people.

The whole conversation was just him being rude and ignorant.

My apartment came up for tenancy renewal during the lockdown period. James went the extra yard throughout the process. It was a sensitive time for the health welfare of all concerned. The company adapted so we could do video viewings and swiftly prepare for the let. The flat was re-let with just a three day break between tenants. Much of this was due to James negotiating with the leaving tenants in a diplomatic, courteous and yet professional manner. I thoroughly recommend Grosvenor Billinghurst in Cobham for all rental needs.

Grosvenor Billinghurst have been a great help to me and my family.

We recently immigrated to the UK and on a flying visit in mid December we visited their offices in Cobham to try and find a home to rent. All the staff we dealt with were professional, friendly and most helpful. They understood our requirements, showed us some great properties and assisted us in negotiating and signing a tenancy agreement.

They have also been a great help in settling us into our new home by providing advice and contacts for the connection of the various utilities.

I have no hesitation to recommending this agency.
