Grosvenor Billinghurst have been a great help to me and my family.

We recently immigrated to the UK and on a flying visit in mid December we visited their offices in Cobham to try and find a home to rent. All the staff we dealt with were professional, friendly and most helpful. They understood our requirements, showed us some great properties and assisted us in negotiating and signing a tenancy agreement.

They have also been a great help in settling us into our new home by providing advice and contacts for the connection of the various utilities.

I have no hesitation to recommending this agency.

We have received super professional and friendly service from Natasha and couldn't recommend her highly enough. We have just relocated from another country and it can be very difficult to find a right agent who can be very efficient and always on top of things. Natasha was very helpful and quick in responding. The Cobham team were incredibly professional and helpful in all aspects of the sale of my home. Special mention to Lewis who was very friendly, proactive and knowledgeable in all the aspects of the sale.

Just bought a wonderful property through Chris Burton at Grosvenor Billinghurst. The whole process I found Chris to be friendly, professional and with great communication throughout. The house buying/selling process is stressful, however I thought Chris did an excellent job of managing all parties effectively and made it less arduous than it could have been. We have known Chris Burton at Grosvenor Billinghurst for many years and he was aware that we planned to sell our house at some point in 2020. Out of the blue, he found a buyer for us with no fuss or bother and without the house being openly advertised.
In our case, the sale process was managed very effectively, with all parties kept up to date with progress reports at every stage. We completed last week.
This agent is very good at watching the market and keeping interested buyers/sellers up to date with what is available. Most estate agents get bad press but I defy anyone to add that label to Grosvenor Billinghurst and to Chris in particular.

Very impressed by the service we received from both Chris and Lewis during the buying process, we were moving from a share of freehold property which added another level of complication with regards to our sale, this added lots of delays and frustration for all involved but Chris and his team remained very patient which was a real comfort and eliminated further stress.
