Possibly the worst letting service ever. I had booked a viewing for a house in marylebone and as I noticed the negotiator wasn’t showing up I tried calling and no one answered. I then proceeded to call the agency and they informed me that the house could not be viewed that day and they would have to reschedule. The same happened with another property but this time they told me the property was already let. No one contacted me beforehand leaving me stranded on the other side of London in respect to my current apartment. Do yourself a favor and choose a more competent letting agency.

Lizzie did an amazing job helping me find the perfect flat. She was extremely good at listening to what i was looking for, and planning the different viewings.
