Given the increasingly dire geopolitical situation and the change of government in the UK, he still did what he predicted, on time, and found a qualified buyer our house in Mayfair. He is not called 'Mr Mayfair' for nothing! We have now exchanged contracts.

Possibly the worst letting service ever. I had booked a viewing for a house in marylebone and as I noticed the negotiator wasn’t showing up I tried calling and no one answered. I then proceeded to call the agency and they informed me that the house could not be viewed that day and they would have to reschedule. The same happened with another property but this time they told me the property was already let. No one contacted me beforehand leaving me stranded on the other side of London in respect to my current apartment. Do yourself a favor and choose a more competent letting agency.

Very professional, courteous and prompt service. Often with these inner London estate agents you can get lost in the process and can be difficult to get hold of relevant people. This is not the case with Wetherell. They are a well-run and communicative agency and seem to communicate well between themselves which makes life easier for clients. 5 stars for sure especially for Cameron Falinski.

I am super happy with Will Marriott as he has found a tenant for us that really suited our needs with a great rent. I didn’t know Will at all, he called me on the phone and introduced himself. At the beginning I didn’t believe the big rental numbers he was mentioning and promising and I thought he was wasting my time. After 6 years of living in UK and renting houses through different agencies I had a 1 year rent with Wetherell through Ellie. The property wasn’t great and very expensive for what it was, but we decided to take it anyway. During our whole contract, not just on the last months, Wetherell asked us for 20+ slot times to have viewings and we were always easy on scheduling it and facilitating viewings for them. The landlord was very hard to deal with and has been causing a lot of problems for us to have the deposit back. He claimed we took items from the flat which he took it himself, he is charging us £400 to replace a duvet that was completely moulded when we moved in already. We have kept Ellie aware of the situation but she is not mediating it. We just feel we are being ripped off by the agency/landlord, which we have never experienced before in UK. I would have given 0 stars if I could.

Excellent work by Asta Ekberg who showed us two places, the first we fell in love with. Definitely have some of London's most lovely homes on their list... she was very helpful when the referencing agency were not, and did her very best always to iron out any problems that came up, including a couple of issues on move in day - so we were able to get settled more smooothly.

I found Asta, and indeed everyone I dealt with, to be very professional, especially as we were searching for a property during the Covid lockdown. I felt that Asta was representing me to the landlord, and although as an estate agent I know the job is to work for both sides, I felt informed throughout and that the process was clear. I was quickly able to go and see the property again once the previous tenants had moved out, which was really helpful. I would recommend Asta and ask her to find me a property again.

Fantastic experience: I had forgotten my keys inside my flat a few weeks ago and was stuck outside my apartment, so I went to the agency in the evening just in case someone was still there.
Despite the late hour two gentlemen who were closing the office for the day re-opened it for me, and helped me retrieve my keys duplicate!
It took quite some time and a few phone calls to colleagues as the team who usually knows where keys copies are stored was gone for the day, and they were in the process of moving everything with the merger, however it did not discourage the two gentlemen who ended up staying late for more than 40 minutes until they found my duplicate...
Turns out a few days later that it was the CEO and one of his colleagues who so kindly helped me out! Cannot recommend them enough, this quality of service is just perfect!

I have been wih Wetherells for 20 years and for all that long time the Wetherell team have continued giving me a personal service, unusual in today's estate climate. And I am just a regular person, far from being a millionaire. It is the 'culture' of Wetherells and it starts from the top, from the owner and directors, to each staff, to give a personal, pleasant and prompt service. I sometimes thought my many requests would be a bother, but not at all. They, without exception. actioned what I needed, and in a pleasant manner. Their skill and knowledge of the Mayfair estate business is exceptional. Wetherells is a well organized, well-run entity with a personal touch.

The whole process from start to finish was phenomenal. Asta was a real life genie, I told her my wishes and requirements and she understood what my needs where from the get go! she was patient, listened and helped negotiate the transaction from start to finish. I can’t stress enough how great the whole team has been. I’ve rented a lot of properties all over the world and this has been by far the stand out experience. Matthew the Lettings Director was also amazing, he listened and guided me through complex contract negotiations and made it a stress free process. Steven Hewitt is my property manager and has also helped me settle into the property resolving any teething issues that occurred at point of move in. Nice place but the agents think that because they are posting great properties they are also millionaires. Tried to find a property with them one day and just felt like when I walked in because I didn’t have millions I wasn’t as important as the head salesman. Who can obviously afford the full portfolio. Didn’t leave my name and moved on with my hunt
