I’m a landlord in Ontario, Canada which I assumed would make things more difficult. However, it’s been the exact opposite experience. Tom from Belvoir Wandsworth has been exceptional. Belvoir provided us with outstanding service during the sale of our property. We actually live about three hours drive away and it was impossible for us to be around. Our agent was always happy to help out, collecting mail and forwarding it on, keeping us informed of what was going on (much better than our solicitor) and calming nerves when things got jittery. I cannot imagine a more professional service - we would certainly recommend them.... Read more
