We have just purchased a house where Realm was the agent. They were incredibly professional, helpful, and really great to deal with. With viewings they were flexible, informative, encouraging, but not at all pushy, allowing you the time and space to make your own evaluation. Following the offer they responded quickly and effectively and kept the deal on track, liaising throughout. They arranged quick and supervised access for professionals. Amna and Sarah (as well as the rest of the team) were always available, positive and had a can-do attitude. I would highly recommend then and would definitely use them when we come to sell

We recently purchased a home represented by Realm Estates and Geoff, Amna, and the rest of the team were brilliant. While Realm’s duty is to the vendor, we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness throughout the process. Communication was direct, professional, and personable. We encountered a number of challenges along the way—not least the mini-budget—and the team at Realm were supportive and creative in finding solutions and negotiating between us and the vendor to come to a successful resolution. Heaps of experience and expertise in the local market. We look forward to maintaining a relationship with our new neighbours at Realm Estates.

Within one week of entering a Letting & Management agreement with Realm Estates, Amna had secured new tenants for the property, and at the rent predicted by Geoff.
Amna and Veronica then proceeded to manage various necessary remedial works prior to the tenants moving in, utilising their comprehensive contact list of efficient, trusted and good value suppliers. They ensured that the property complied with all current rental property legislation and, three weeks after instructing Realm, the new tenants moved in.
Realm Estates were a pleasure to deal with - the team are all knowledgeable, professional and friendly, and they bring to the business a personal touch that can sometimes be missing in larger concerns.
Highly recommended.

Realm Estates were great throughout the buying process, especially Jack who was fantastic - Jack was extremely responsive and helpful despite the CV19 situation making things a little trickier and also as we were trying to complete before the end of June deadline, which we managed to do.

Geoff at Realm was fantastic, he quickly got what I wanted and needed for our house purchase and was really focussed on helping me find it and secure the sale. He was then great at keeping the process on track, always challenging espeically if you are in a chain which I was, plus all happened during lockdown. Geoff is calm, responsive and professional. Couldn't recommend Geoff and Realm more highly.

This is the most honest Estste agents out there. Having experienced other Estate Agents who put things on the market way over value, I can say these guys and girls are the best.
