We have just purchased a house where Realm was the agent. They were incredibly professional, helpful, and really great to deal with. With viewings they were flexible, informative, encouraging, but not at all pushy, allowing you the time and space to make your own evaluation. Following the offer they responded quickly and effectively and kept the deal on track, liaising throughout. They arranged quick and supervised access for professionals. Big cheats they just want holding deposits from people we provided every single thing that was asked for we even said we would pay 6 months rent in advance without notice we where told landlord wants to give flat to someone else and we are not allowed our Holding deposit back.. why did i go back to this agent a friend was once put in the same position and lost her £500 deposit for no reason.. this is how they make a profit.... This agent is only there to take holding deposits fr?m customers and not give it back. We very clearly stated our position before leaving a deposit we provided a guarantor for the flat which credit checked and passed but the agent has decided to fail us because of a CCJ which was mentioned and which is why we was asked for a guarantor?? And now they wont give back our £500 deposit.... Read more

We are extremely lucky to rent a property from Realm Estates. The flat we used to live in was announced to be sold so I started looking for another place to move out right away. One day I called Realm Estates several times for a few different properties and each time Lauren Redman was very kind and helpful. She gave me the exact information about each and every property I was interested in one of which was a flat I liked very much. Lauren helped out with the paperwork for which I am extremely grateful. She kept me updated with how the everything was going and we were constantly in contact. After we signed the contract I met Gemma Lashmar,who told me I could turn to her if any problem whatsoever and would help me no question asked. After moving in I had to get in touch with her about a property matter and even though she was on holiday she solved it and sent me an email conformation. Realm have let out my house in Wandsworth for a number of years and always done an excellent job, very professional. I decided to sell the property in one of the worst markets for properties valued just over £1m due to Brexit and unstable Government. While other properties were sat on the market for large amounts of time and others were being reduced on a weekly basis, Realm managed to agree a sale at a what represented an acceptable price and saw it all the way through the completion very professionally.
