Received a brilliant service off Gareth and his team at Belvoir, Shirley branch when we recently sold our property. Of all the local agents I phoned, Gareth was the only one who advise the property should already have a EPC (as it was previously rented out), and he went to the effort of searching and emailing it to us, thus saving money straight off, that coupled with the very competitive price we were quoted to sell the property helped us make the decision to use them. The property sold fairly quickly and we were constantly consulted by Gareth and given updates on viewings etc. Once the sale was agreed Gareth recommended their in-house conveyancing team, once again, we found this service very convenient and smooth running. I would highly recommend the guys at Belvoir Solihull! I have just recently moved back into my house after Belvoir managing it for me for 3 years. The property was spotless! I received a good rent and my property was always let. The staff there are very professional, helpful and friendly. Would definitely use them again!... Read more
