Black &Golds has a problem when dealing with end-of-term tenancies. The agents have zero interest in your needs and interests but expect maximum cooperation when they need it. Totally unprofessional bordering on being ignorant, causing me ongoing problems because of their lack of communications.

Rang The Gold Collection on 16th May 2023 to come and give me a valuation of my property as I was ready to make a SALE.
Spoke to one of the staff and an appointment was made for a valuer to come the following day Wed 17th May 2023 at 2.30 pm
I waited and waited until 4.00 pm and no body came or rang me.
Very disappointing.
I then rang Ginger Estate Agents of Shirley. The proprietor Mr Carl Hemming came and valued my property on the Friday 19th May. I was so impressed with Ginger Estate Agents that I decided to have them to sell my property.

We had a house for sale in Shirley and didn't know which estate agent to use. Some of the more established agents didn't really impress us although they told a good tale. Mike has a great knowledge of the Shirley/Solihull area, and his young team are full of energy, enthusiasm, but more importantly totally professional and knowledgeable. Their communication with us was 100% and we had total confidence in them. Everything they said they would do, they did with professionalism and a smile. The house was put on the market and sold within 7 days and Black & Golds achieved a lot more than the asking price. Mike himself, and his team had time to explain everything in detail to us. They also saved us a lot of money compared to other estate agents. If you are selling your house, don't be fooled by claims of other estate agents. Use Black & Golds, they are the best.

They came out promptly to do valuation. The property was marketed within 2 days. All viewings were done by the agency and viewing sessions were booked the week before so I knew where I stood. All the staff were helpful, friendly and presentable. Feedback of how the viewings has gone was left after viewing slots and viewers feedback was sought within next 1-2 working days. House sold in less than 3 weeks and for virtually the asking price. Estate agent had given one of the higher valuations, but proved that his valuation was justified. So glad I didn’t go with the agents who valued it at tens of thousands less.
