They came out promptly to do valuation. The property was marketed within 2 days. All viewings were done by the agency and viewing sessions were booked the week before so I knew where I stood. All the staff were helpful, friendly and presentable. Feedback of how the viewings has gone was left after viewing slots and viewers feedback was sought within next 1-2 working days. House sold in less than 3 weeks and for virtually the asking price. Estate agent had given one of the higher valuations, but proved that his valuation was justified. So glad I didn’t go with the agents who valued it at tens of thousands less.
