I have recently sold and purchased properties through Shipways Shirley and can not fault them. Right from the start they were knowledgeable and informative.
The whole process went smoothly, Sam consistently kept us up to date with progress from both sides and could not have done more to make the whole process easy for us.

Very easy efficient and friendly team especially Oli and Lauren.
This is how I felt but now after 3 months of being in the property I an very disappointed. I was promised it would be white washed and cleaned up as it was and still is very scruffy. Also on getting the keys I found out the oven and dishwasher do not work which I raised immediately. Yet I have still yet to have either looked at yet alone fixed.
I have also reported the broken blinds which again are still in a state of disrepair.
In summary don't sign for anything until you are certain all is as it should be and Also don't bother calling up to complain as you will rarly get a response let alone a call back.
It seems once you've signed shipways just wash there hands of you.

The majority of my e mails to Shipway's were completely ignored by Oliver Ganderton (Manager) . No one cares to resolve issues. I have to constantly call and email them to chase updates. Would score -5 if I could for poor service. Their Trust pilot score is 2.9 and 71% people have given them 1 star which makes perfect sense for their service.
Suddenly similar multiple reviews are added here praising Oliver to cover 1* reviews that mentioned
Oliver’s bad performance. Seems fake reviews.
