I chose this agent as they sell on commission. Initially good communication however unable to do viewings unless mon-fri 9-5 so I actually did a viewing and negotiation myself. Stupidly I used their Conveyancing Company which was awful I basically did the sale myself and the estate agent made a fortune out of me, they haven’t even taken the key to the buyer. Lost documents manager denied this and was rude.... Read more
