11th Feb 2024 (24 weeks ago)Been at the property for a number of years now and not only have they increased my rent but after going back and fourth back and fourth trying to get someone to help me because the mold damage is so bad nobody is willing to help me. Ashton & Grosvenor basically turned round and said this is not our problem speak to the landlord. Which btw I already have. I have a dad dying in hospital of Terminal Cancer which I have tried to explain to the Landlord and Ashton & Grosvenor and none of them seem to give a single care in the world about it this is too much for me to deal with right now it would be nice if someone showed me some empathy but I guess not. Absolutely disgusted I can barely breath at night because of the mold damage which makes me wake up in the middle of the night coughing. Those pictures uploaded do not do it justice the windows are constantly dripping as well when I wake up. What am I supposed to do open the window at night ? one I am by a main road its noisy and secondly its freezing none of them have provided a solution for me but they quickly put my rent up though didn't they without any weeks notice or anything. 0/10 offered no help no solution nothing charged me for the bill and accused me of threatening them which was not true I simply said id have to take this further if nobody was willing to help me and they blew up with me accusing me of threatening them. If you look at the other 1 star reviews they also had issues with this agency because there are about 6/7 ( 1 star ) reviews in total so this is a common thing by the looks of it Guys just a heads up. PICTURES FOR THE PUBLIC BELOW EVIDENCE OF THE MOLD DAMAGE.

4th Jun 2024 (8 weeks ago)Starting positively Georgina is very nice and as I see it, there to keep the customers on side. Johnathan was very confident in his company when selling it to me as the “company to use to sell my home” however that's where my confidence ended. First off we are in a sensitive position (separation) hence the reason for selling our house. I advised Johnathan of this and requested the photographer to attend when I was there as not currently living there and I work shifts. With a convenient time agreed all way fine. However a photographer attended the next day and which we wasn't expecting, so advised him to return on the appointment date . We the had a lack of communication issue with Francesca (terrible for replying) in which Georgina called and apologised when I contacted for the 3rd/4th time. The third issue was the for sale board. it took almost 6 weeks to be put up at the entrance to the estate and also one on the garden, when I specifically requested not to put one. The final straw was the lady doing the viewing of the property when she stated the way to the property was horrendous to get to for her using her Sat Nav (recorded saying on my ring doorbell). Reades had got 1 viewing secured after almost 3k clicks on Rightmove and 1 other viewing who cancelled due to the property not being closed enough to Northop Village. The one viewing from Feb - May they had they put the buyer off. So after 3 1/2 months, as you can imagine....no sale. Very disappointing service from Reades, then the audacity to request us to drop the price because they don't have the sales skills they advise when they want your business . I wouldn't recommend and avoid in future. I'm gutted really because had faith initially in Reads, if only they put as much effort into selling my house as Johnathan put into selling his business to me, my house would be sold by now. I'm disappointed in this. Use other Estate agents instead to avoid wasting your time on a stale agent. 1 star is me being generous.- 5th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)Great service from Carolyn, Erin and Liam when purchasing my first home :)

16th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)Monopoly communication was good. Whoever I contacted them, they responded promptly. They were happy to come to my home when I wished to discuss things with them. When there were enquiries from people wanting to view, they phoned me to discuss a convenient time & date, then followed that up with a text & email, & on the day of the viewing, reminded me again by text & email. The viewings were followed up with a phone call & also an email giving feedback.
6th Jul 2024 (21 days ago)I cannot recommend Swetenhams Chester enough, they helped me and my partner with our application and moving in process. It's our first time and they made it as stress free as possible, I honestly cannot thank Gerry and Ed enough, I will be forever grateful!

My son and I were new to renting via an agent and somewhat apprehensive about the whole process, but we needn't have been. Debbie took us through each step, and made the whole process, from start to finish, easy and stress - free, despite my endless questions! A fabulous team and always at the end of an email or a call. Well done all!

The whole team are professional, consistent, friendly, I was kept informed all the way, even if there's nothing to report I would get a call to assure me they are chasing any issues. My husband and I have moved house a few times over the past 25 years, but this is the first review I have wanted to leave as the whole team were just amazing and helpful, by far the best Agent I have dealt with!! My main contact was Sammie who is a legend - Thank you!! If you are considering Keystone - don't..... just do it, you won't regret it!!!

Very professional staffs. Senior Lettings Negotiator Laura Newby was very helpful through out the process and very professional. Special thanks to her. Absolutely will recommend others.

When other estate agencies were very dismissive I found Barbers looked past my previous circumstances. Thankyou so much for helping me obtain my new home!

We went with Matthew at Currans because he was so enthusiastic about the property and he gave us a detailed assessment of how he had valued the property which was really appreciated. The property sold quickly due to the excellent way it was presented. We were very happy with Matthew and the Curran’s Team.
