Not a reduced listing even if only £50. rightmove do not allow this, has to be taken off rightmove for 14 weeks to be classed as new listing.

19th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)They provided a detailed analysis of the property when they came to view originally. They gave a fair valuation and offered free photographs and drone shots. They kept sending messages about viewings and the feed back afterwards All great stuff but they sold a difficult property within three months.

From the first phone call Sam gently encouraged us to view the property as early as possible knowing that it would be quickly off the market without making us feel any pressure. Sam stayed on top of everything with us throughout the whole process, offering support, guidance and so much kindness on both a personal and professional front. He was happy to help with any and every problem we had offering us to pop in when we needed, even just for printing paperwork and kept us up to date with everything with phone calls so we felt in the loop even when we felt we were in over our heads as it was our first house buying experience.
