We have just purchased a property through Molyneux and it has been a pleasure dealing with the whole team from start to finish. Margaret was fantastic dealing with our initial enquiry extremely promptly, arranging viewings and us making an offer!
Post offer being accepted Emily has been nothing short of amazing...!! We have hit a few hurdles in the road, mainly due to the sellers solicitor but Emily has been so professional and responsive every step of the way, nothing too much trouble and helped us out so much going above and beyond what is probably expected of her. Emily is an asset to the team and I would not hesitate in recommending Molyneux to everyone whether buying or selling. Thanks again for everything ??

I have just sold my property with Molyneux and they were fantastic throughout and I cannot praise them enough. George is friendly and incredibly professional and goes the extra mile to keep you updated throughout the whole process, even chasing up solicitors for updates which he didn't need to do. The team secured an offer on my house within a week of going on the market and I can't thank them enough. Sophie took such great care of my wife and myself when we were house hunting in Wrexham. Especially with us not being from the area, she went above and beyond to give us insights and advice on the areas of town in which we were looking. And during the offer/sale process, even though she was representing the seller, we felt like she really had our interests as buyers at heart, as well. Super professional, but also engaging with us in a way that let us know she understood what a big step buying our first home was for us. She couldn't have been kinder, more supportive, or more helpful. And based on the little interaction we've had with other staff at Molyneux, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other people, or to use them again ourselves if and when we're looking to sell our home, or purchase a new one. I really can't say enough great things about this company. I'd rate them even more than five stars if I was able.

Excellent, professional, friendly customer service throughout the process of valuing and selling our home. We were thrilled with how quick Molyneux were to advertise our property.
Great communication, keeping us regularly informed abd advising accordingly.
The whole team are so helpful, knowledgeable and proactive.
Very competitively priced with the option to have a 'total move package' with the solicitor’s conveyancing which we selected and resulted in us not having to source our own solicitor.
We would not consider anyone else.

Absolute waste of time put my house up for sale at a reduced price by 20k send people not in a position to buy had to do all the views my self and do all the running around buyer pulled out and still trying to charge fees for a service what hasn't been given and it was 1500 on completion of sale and now trying to add 300 on top or if paid in 14 days its 1500 Absolutely joke can send people screen shots of chats if need to see proof inbox me

I have recently used the services of Molyneux in Wrexham and found them to superb team of people to deal with. The house I was selling sold relatively quickly in a tough housing market and I put much of this down to Molyneux reputation within the surrounding Wrexham area. I can't recommend Molyneaux Estate Agents highly enough. The whole team is wonderful. I must mention George and Chloe but my particular thanks goes to Sue. Sue is just brilliant, always at the end of the phone to answer queries and keeps you informed. She is also very kind which means a lot in a world of online estate agents where there is no personal touch. You may be tempted to hand your sale over to a remote company, but don't!! With Molyneaux I got a fixed price so I could budget, but that didn't mean I got less of a service, in fact I feel I got more of a service- the whole team is on hand at the end of the phone or in the office ... You speak to real people and that has been essential for me. Excellent service, lovely people and Sue you are a superstar!

Our buyers' solicitor made the process extremely stressful but Molyneux acted brilliantly - contacting, chasing and coordinating solicitors and keeping us up to date on the status.
Without their help and support we may well have given up entirely, they were essential in getting the sale to completion.
It's when things are tense that the good businesses really show their professionalism and understanding and I would heartily recommend Molyneux to everyone else.

Today is my exchange date and they are not answering the phone and are not calling me back as agreed. What do they get paid for? If you are selling a house then avoid these.
