Sophie took such great care of my wife and myself when we were house hunting in Wrexham. Especially with us not being from the area, she went above and beyond to give us insights and advice on the areas of town in which we were looking. And during the offer/sale process, even though she was representing the seller, we felt like she really had our interests as buyers at heart, as well. Super professional, but also engaging with us in a way that let us know she understood what a big step buying our first home was for us. She couldn't have been kinder, more supportive, or more helpful. And based on the little interaction we've had with other staff at Molyneux, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to other people, or to use them again ourselves if and when we're looking to sell our home, or purchase a new one. I really can't say enough great things about this company. I'd rate them even more than five stars if I was able.

Highly recommended.
Excellent, professional, friendly customer service throughout the process of valuing and selling our home. We were thrilled with how quick Molyneux were to advertise our property.
Great communication, keeping us regularly informed abd advising accordingly.
The whole team are so helpful, knowledgeable and proactive.
Very competitively priced with the option to have a 'total move package' with the solicitor’s conveyancing which we selected and resulted in us not having to source our own solicitor.
We would not consider anyone else.

Very professional and easy to do business with. Great team in the office. From putting my house on the market I had viewers in 3 days and an offer in 5 days. Kept in contact all the way through the sale. Completed in 32 days from going up for sale. Can’t go wrong with that level of service.

Molyneux were brilliant during the sale process from start to finish and couldn't recommend them more highly. The marketing at the start was fantastic and speedy and throughout (esp Sari) the communication and help in getting the sale over the line was more than expected. Ive had similar experiences with other known high street estate agents but in my opinion Molyneux come out top

Absolute waste of time put my house up for sale at a reduced price by 20k send people not in a position to buy had to do all the views my self and do all the running around buyer pulled out and still trying to charge fees for a service what hasn't been given and it was 1500 on completion of sale and now trying to add 300 on top or if paid in 14 days its 1500 Absolutely joke can send people screen shots of chats if need to see proof inbox me

George came to value our property. Very informative and professional. Made the process easy. I chose not to take part in any of the viewings and left all aspects of the process to George. Property had an offer very quickly which we accepted and shortly after, contracts were exchanged and the deal done. Excellent process. Smooth and easy.

Moving house has it’s stresses but Molyneux made the process much easier. I would have no issues with using them again and thoroughly recommend them to anyone.
