These Estate agents are terrible, they messed and mucked my mother about she lost two buyers and their response was 'it's not our fault' but they did nothing to assist her, they didn't even bother sending anyone out to help show her home most of the time they just said they didn't have anyone avaliable. One guy was telling her all was going well and as soon as he went off on holiday another member of staff said things were not going well and eventually she lost another buyer. I would not recommend these to anyone avoid if you can!

We put the house on the market in February 2026 and up until June we had received one viewing, with little or no communication from the office to suggest as to why. It had obviously been marketed incorrectly and valued at the wrong price. We have been very disappointed and decided to withdraw the house from sale with them.

This wasn’t an easy process because the market was down, Article 4 didn’t help either, so it took a long time to sell and we weren’t living in the area any more. The BA team were very friendly and helpful, they kept the keys for us and were available whenever we needed them. They checked our meters for us and generally were helpful whenever we had a request of them. The sale process moved along without any major difficulties. We would recommend BA. Special shout out to Joanna and Vicky.
