Beresford Residential were excellent from start to finish with helping me find my first property. Both Lee and Dannielle were brilliant from start to finish. Will be using again and recommending them to anyone who needs a good estate agent.

Do not waste a year signing up with them.

Staff is coming and going every 2 months shows how horrible management is.

No one is following up anything. The office will only look for ways to get money off you.

Good luck if you have maintenance issues. A different contractor at the door every other day and no one resolving anything.

Your ceiling is dripping with rain water? Their solution for a whole year was to give us a dehumidifier instead of fixing the roof.

You want your deposit back? Call them every 5 minutes from day one or they will simply won't do anything.

Stay away!!! These people are not professionals. The property we were renting passed on to 4 different property managers, condensation issues we had reported since day one were never fixed. Everyone is blaming some one else for their mistakes, delays and inconsistencies. Charging admin fees for no reason. Insisted to set up my energy bills, when the tenancy agreement expired after 12 months and I wanted to close the account I had to pay for early exit fees as they set up my account for 18months, refusing to compensate me. 4 weeks to get my deposit back. Stay away, the don't know how to treat good, responsible tenants.

Avoid if you value your health. Those people will come into your home without wearing a mask ???? they will bring other strangers to view the property without face covering so you can feel less safe in your home than you can on a public transport. They will let them self in whenever they feel like it wall in on you naked 0 privacy. And when confronted about it absolutely no remorse or apology for inappropriate behaviour.

Paris forte showed me a property on Thursday , June,18.
She was very friendly , organising a mutual agreeable viewing time.

Paris enabled me to view the house at my own pace.
Very quickly, she liaised with her team to bring about a strong tenancy application on my behalf. She was in regular contact, keeping me abreast of all developments.

She handled my questions about the property with diligence and supported me throughout to make positive decisions. She did not rush or pressure me and helped me to understand my individual needs.

The whole experience was very good and judging by this interaction with paris and her team, Beresford residential is person centred as well as business minded. This is so important and what customers really want and need.

It was a great pleasure getting in touch with Beresford Residential, the customer service was very professional and I highly recommend for those that are having second thoughts. 5 STAR SERVICE!
I spoke with a woman named Paris - she was superb!
Definitely went above and beyond, she was more than patient, understanding and knew the answers to every question I asked (put me out of my misery lol)
