Tim Beattie and his great team have just sold two flats for my wife, with me acting as the day-to-day contact. I chose KFH to act for us because it seemed to me that they had a competent and committed team with no weak links. They gave good advice as to the likely realisable value of each property, as well as a coherent way of securing good quality purchasers.
Their service was consistant and responsive, in that I always felt I knew what was going on, and when it got a bit fraught (which it did during the second sale for various reasons outside KFH's control) they kept everyone calm and prevented us from throwing our toys out of the cot.

Moving house is never easy or stress free, but Harry, Tim and the team were by our side throughout. They were so professional and responsive, got people through the door before we’d even gone live and we went to sealed bids (50k over asking!) within a week. Sadly those buyers pulled out as a result of the Truss/Kwarteng budget which put the housing mark in a spin, but the KFH team worked so hard to find us a new asking price offer and Harry adeptly managed the sale all the way through to completion. I think the branch model really works to KFH’s advantage as West Dulwich were reaching out to their Streatham/Clapham/Brixton colleagues to find potential clients, which we wouldn’t have got if we’d chosen a franchise model like Winkworth or a stand alone agent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Tim came to value our flat and it was evident that he had an excellent understanding of the local market and what the flat's fair value was. Our expectations were clearly set from the outset.
Luke was our primary contact. From start to finish, Luke and his team did an excellent job. Luke had a list of suitable buyers who were able to view the property prior to it hitting the on-line portals. We quickly had multiple offers and Luke and his team were able to qualify each offer and provide their recommendation.
Unfortunately, our onward purchase unexpectedly collapsed on the evening of exchange. Thankfully, Luke ensured that our buyers remained committed to their purchase and hung around whilst we found a new property.
Finally, our movers broke a window on the day of completion. Luke acted as a go-between following completion of the sale to ensure the window was repaired. This was certainly above and beyond what was expected. I wouldn't hesitate to use KFH West Dulwich again. Highly recommended!

We just recently completed on our first purchase with KFH. The experience in its entirety was fast and professional, the only thing lacking was the sense of it being a personal and considerate experience.
Understandably, estate agents are salespeople, but purchasers and renters alike, are looking for homes - a place in which they feel safe, comfortable and happy to spend years living in.
It became increasingly evident as we got closer to exchange (and the year was drawing to a close) that pressure was being applied, not for our benefit, but (most likely) for some form of bonus or commission to be had before Christmas.
Aside from this, I have no complaints and am very much looking forward to moving into my new home.

Vicky from KFH was our main contact during the purchase of our property in West Norwood.
We had originally had an offer accepted for our property in July, but due to a number of mini set-backs we didn’t complete until the beginning of October.
I have been informed by friends and colleagues that purchasing a property can be extremely stressful due to the number of people that you need to communicate with and the lack of information. This was not the case during my purchase and Vicky and the team were one of the key reasons for this.
Vicky was exceptional during this whole period - be it facilitating communication between us and the vendors, following up with those at the top of the chain to make sure the process is moving or making sure that we were always informed with the most up-to-date news.

We weren't even looking to buy, was just keeping our eye on the market for when the time was right. However the planets must have aligned. Shaista was extremely responsive, taking us on an immediate two viewings of the property which we fell in love with and was very swift in coming back to us with any enquiries. It was only later in the process that we learnt that it was not ‘allocated to her branch’ but we were very keen to remain with her as she had been so helpful. We understand that there was some wrangling with another branch, even to the point where we were offered another property on the road in question (which we did not want) but she stood her ground. We believe she presented our case well to the buyers who had significant other interest. All in all the process from the first viewing to completion took around 9 weeks; a very quick turnaround for a property of some value. We now have our dream home, and are thankful to Shaista for all her assistance.

We recently bought a flat with KFH West Dulwich and I cannot recommend them enough. Our agent Lee was professional, helpful and not pushy at all which was a relief after dealing with other "wheeler dealer" type agents. We had some problems with the seller's solicitor and Lee really went above and beyond to make sure everything went through smoothly and on time. I'm not sure if we could have completed without him! We are so happy in our new home and, as first time buyers, the whole experience has been really positive thanks to Lee and the KFH office.

We used KFH for our move and I can say with absolute conviction that they were amazing. It's all too easy to berate estate agents but without KFH we would not have move into our dream house. They provide the expertise, the calmness and the connections in a fraught and fragile process.
Our agent was Lee Hinds who I hope you end up with. He guided us through a very long move process in a very difficult market and helped us to make good decisions. He genuinely cared about us getting what we wanted as well and doing his job as an estate agent.
You need their understanding of the market to get access to the house you want. We did. We got the house which we wanted. I would use West Dulwich in KFH without hesitation if I need to again.

The Team managed to find a buyer very quickly with asking price and handled the transaction smoothly. we were reticent to go with their Conveyancing suggestion but that all went smoothly too . Shaista who handled our sale was very prompt in response and a pleasure to work with. As we were only selling and already living in rental it was only half the picture, however when our buyers tried to drop there offer by a large chunk, KFH negotiated on our behalf and stopped any last minute nonsense by the buyer so huge credit to them for that.

The team at KFH West Dulwich are great – very good at their jobs and very nice folk with whom to deal. The marketing process was really easy; they took great photographs, appointed a lovely key person who updated us regularly and arranged a series of viewings, working around the nap schedule of a very grumpy toddler and giving lots of notice wherever they could. They achieved us two genuine “procedeable” offers, one at asking price, one at £10k under asking (during the difficult ‘Brexit’ period of summer 2016); I was really impressed. We only didn’t end up selling through them because our own purchase fell through, but I’m sure they would have handled it with the same friendly professionalism they demonstrated throughout the marketing process.
