After a lack of movement and bad practices from another Estate agent I approached Oaks Estate Agents at Tulse hill, I asked them to come to view my property & tell me what needs addressing in their view to sell it. They were extremely proactive in our dealings keeping me informed every step of the way and not distant and aloof like the previous agent.
After every viewing they updated us on what the prospective buyers had said good or bad about the property.
After following their advice about being realistic with the pricing it was relaunched and a buyer was found in no time, I really can't thank Mason and Conol enough for going the extra mile and being on hand when ever I needed them a 1st class experience from a very professional proactive company.
With out their intervention I'd still be twiddling my thumbs hanging out for a sale that wasn't coming instead I've now completed and I'm moving onto pastures new thanks to Oaks Estate Agents and their wonderful team of Mason and Conol.

Oaks Tulse Hill are quite simply fantastic.
They have done everything they promised and more. Communications have been rapid and clear and they’ve kept us smiling when we really didn’t feel like it sometimes. Conal in particular has been a tremendous support and we will miss our daily conversations!! One much loved flat sold and now retirement is a real possibility.

Thank you to Jonathan and the team for doing a fantastic job at on the sale of my flat recently! Initially Jonathan was more positive, credible and knowledgeable about the immediate sales market that the two competitors that I met.
