"Appalling experience - Extreme professional negligence, arrogance, and harassment"<br>I highly recommend avoiding this firm. After the completion of my property sale, the paralegal, Ceitidh Bryden, demonstrated absolute arrogance and a shocking lack of professional ethics. Her communication was completely unacceptable, to the point where she even resorted to shouting at me over the phone.<br>Despite a formal agreement via email for a £200 price deduction regarding house preparation (which was successfully applied to the final settlement), this firm failed to properly update the final missives due to sheer laziness. Worse still, after the funds were legally settled and under my control, she sided with the buyer to launch an aggressive psychological intimidation campaign. They forwarded threatening emails in red text and unlawfully demanded my personal overseas address without any legal basis, strictly violating data protection principles and professional boundaries. Still waiting for an inventory and receipts for my dad's personal property after nearly three years of blair and bryden and in particular Harold Gray wasting my time with false statements and an ignorant attitude. This person is like a one track dinosaur with repeated statements such as I don't like the sound of your voice and a persistent inability to let clients speak and instead talks over clients if he can't explain himself. Also has the ability to threaten legal action over genuine reviews posted on social media in order to put himself and his business in a better light than it actually is and deserves. The customer service is very poor and I am glad not to have to deal with the customer service personnel anymore as they lack manners and common courtesy. I am fed up of their greed in requesting call backs and unnecessary letters not wanted and must remind them that my father's estate was never meant to be a cash cow for Blair and bryden. Be wary of buying a property from them, my solicitor has been emailing there solicitor for 3 months now with no reply over 2 matters about the property I bought. Very unprofessional service, I was a day late in getting my keys for my new property because the seller was on holiday which would have been fine if blair and bryden solicitor had the decency to email my solicitor. This cost me an extra week off work because I had to cancel contractors who were coming to price work. Shocking service from them be aware.... Read more
